I’m overwhelmed with how redlight pro devices have changed my life. A life that has been hampered by pain and discomfort from sports career and coaching. I’ve observed some health and diet products and services over the years with skepticism. But from using red light on my knees lower back, shoulder and stomach I cannot believe how quickly I’ve healed. The Foskaris wellness center cares about you the patient. Penny and her team have the right patient centric philosophy which shines through as bright as the lights. I am a Functional Nutrition Chiropractic Doctor and am grateful for so much progress with reversing accelerated aging on my patients and myself But could never resolve a chronic digestive issue on myself. I use the RLPD shoulder pad. After surgeries on both shoulders and arthritis from decades of Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and comercial fishing, I can now say my shoulders are stronger and have more range of motion than they have had in over 5 years. After 7 years of being off the wrestling mats I'm seriously considering getting back on. The way the shoulder pad is configured also makes it easy to use on my knees and hips. They may not have had that in mind but it sure fits great on those areas as well. Awesome pad and great Price!!

Wow what an experience. I went to Penny at Foskaris Wellness initially for my ruptured achilles (ouch that injury sucks and ruined my life for a bit). I've heard multiple sources brag about the healing benefits and I witnessed it first hand. The doctor initially told me it would be a 18 month recovery….. But after six sessions of Red Light Therapy, I was hiking again after six months. The doctor said he had never seen anyone heal from that type of an injury so quickly. I also used the wellness center for the fat loss services. The level of care, precision and attention to detail was amazing. The program was so easy yet comprehensive. I came across Foskaris Wellness on Facebook a few months ago and saw the red light therapy full body bed, and I thought it wouldn’t hurt to try it… Let me tell you…. this place is a hidden little gem…
I came in to see if it could help my back pain. After my red light therapy session, I was taken to the Relaxation Room, where I got to sit in the Infrared Sauna, and then lay on the PEMF crystal mats. They put these colorful glasses with relaxing music on my head it was quite an amazing experience. Not only did my back feel better. I started feeling better. And wow I have never been so relaxed… I have a high stress job and to add in I’ve had long haul Covid, I was a mess. After a few visits, I woke up one day and I realized I’ve never felt this good in years. I have continued to go once a week. I now look forward to going to sleep because it feels so complete. I wake up wanting to go to work, huh?! Exactly.

Since I felt so good, I treated my family to go to Foskaris Wellness,
Let’s start w mom… she was taken off her antidepressants causing her to be irritable, not able to sleep that good and because of inflammation from her RA, she’s had pain all over her body. We tried all kinds of things to bring her some peace but nothing was working. I brought her to do red light therapy, the PSIO and crystal mat. She loved it. She fell asleep, woke up went home slept some more and woke up the next morning telling me she felt amazing . Way less pain and body relaxed. She has been in pain for years! This was a big deal. the next day she called to tell me that she could move her neck…. She has had a hard time moving it for years. Foskaris Wellness is fantastic! The results are amazing. The red light wraps quickly made a noticeable difference for me, tightening my skin while I lost inches. Even more impressive is the fact that my lean body mass increased while my body fat percentage decreased. I have lost more inches than I have in years. My clothes fit even better than when I weighed less. Penny has all the latest equipment to monitor your progress and provide you you with detailed results. Along with the wraps, Penny also helped me analyze my diet and my food sensitivities. Having an upset stomach every morning was normal for me. After cutting out the foods that I need to avoid, I immediately felt better and no longer had an upset stomach in the morning. The relaxation therapy is also fabulous.
