My children attends foundations for OT,PT, and Speech. My kids loves it and the therapists are so kind to them. My daughter can finally button her shirt with minimal assistance. My daughter is obsessed with Ms. Ashley and Ms. Molly. I can’t forget about Taylor. She is so Pleasant every time we come for sessions. She is so understanding and so sweet.

We have been with Foundations Therapy for 3 years, since my son had EI at home. They have gone above and beyond for him and our family! All members of their qualified staff are dedicated to the important work they do, and are always willing to communicate and help whenever they can. We are especially grateful for Ms. Jessica (PT) and Ms. Molly (OT) who always know how to make him smile! They have helped him gain mobility in ways we never could have dreamed of! We love Foundations! Our godson has been going there since he was four months old. He recieves OT, PT, and speech services and he has grown so much over the years! The staff is so caring. I would say both my son and I love Foundations, but to be completely honest, my son hates therapy. :p He hates having to work hard and Mrs. Sarah makes sure he works hard every week while still loving on him and never failing to say "I Love you!" at the end of his session, even when he yells and hits. I appreciate her hard work and kindness with him. His diagnosis makes for slow progress, but we have seen growth and Mrs. Sarah has never given up on him. All of the staff are friendly and smiling when we arrive. They're accommodating with our schedule and understanding when sick cancelations happen (it's inevitable with medically complex kiddos). We used to drive an hour 1 way to Dothan for therapy. Now we are so thankful we found Foundations right here in Enterprise!

Foundations Pediatric Therapy has been a great resource for our family and helping our child grow. Our four year old has received speech language therapy and occupational therapy for the last year and we have built life long connections with those who have served our child.
