Was going to go to urgent care for knee pain but made a pit stop on the way there. My wife learned about stretching sessions for pain relief during a meet and greet .

Never made it to the urgent care, instead the pit stop landed me in the presence of a body wellness Master. Her technique is superb.

Much different than a chiropractor, massage , acupuncture or acupressure. There is nothing like not using any of your own muscles to get a heeling stretch.

Simply put the more you go the better you will feel. Wonderful stuff indeed. Stop wasting time book an appointment your body will thank you.

I felt 10 years younger after getting bodywork done. My body really needed the stretch. My muscles felt tight all the time so it was a relief to get more mobility after the stretching. Highly recommend this service.
