I have never had such an amazing doctors appointment like the one I had today! It was my first time and the staff were extremely nice and just so loving! Dr.Fox was incredibly impressive, she really and truly cares for her patients. They don’t just go over one concern they go over THREE of any concerns you have about your health and they’re thorough! She diagnosed me with an issue I’d been having within the first 5 minutes of being in the room! I’d been to a general doctor about it and they couldn’t give me answers but Dr.Fox is very knowledgeable in her practice and if she doesn’t have the answer I have no doubt she will dig until she unearths what is happening! I also had labs done while I was there and the lab technician was so nice and attentive, he listened to my concerns and made sure to take great care while doing so! I cannot recommend this place enough, I walked out feeling so loved, cared for, and seen. They view you as the person you are and not just another check on the list. This practice is out of this world amazing, I’m looking forward to my next meeting!!

Had a great experience with the staff at Fox Family Direct Primary care. They knew me by name as soon as I walked through the door, service was quick and easy, and I felt comfortable and welcomed during my entire visit. My first visit was for bloodwork and it went as smooth as bloodwork can go. They are working with my other specialists I have to ensure results are delivered correctly and they have a great online portal and platform that makes it easy to access documents specific to my health and schedule appointments. Highly recommend.

Everybody here is super friendly and helpful. I can tell its genuine and not faked. They truly seem to really care. Everybody knows me by name and the office has a very relaxing atmosphere. You are treated like a human and not a paycheck here.This is unlike any Dr. office I've ever been to and I mean that in a positive way. Thank you guys for all you do!

I will never go anywhere else! This is EXACTLY what health care should look like in 2023! They actually spend time with you and ask lifestyle questions! First thing they did was take blood to have a "starting point" for my wellness...hormone levels, vitamin levels, etc! I've never felt better! I have not been to a doctor in so long because of lack of insurance. Fox Family Direct has "membership" options and payment plans! Instead of spending hundreds of dollars on supplements each month I now have a wellness plan that is specifically for me and what my body needs! Most the problems I was having I attributed to "getting older" and I now realize how good I can feel! My energy is back and my gut issues were resolved with the right supplements! Don't hesitate to make an appointment! Dr. Fox and her team are changing the way health care looks in the 21st century! So refreshing! Are you tired of feeling like a number and not a person? Never in my adult life, going to several different doctors and practices in the area, have I ever felt cared for or valued for the way I feel with Dr. Fox. SHE CARES! She is incredibly thorough in her listening and research. Dr. Fox explains everything she does and leaves no rock unturned. I have only worked with Fox Family DPC for a few weeks and have nothing but great things to say about Mallory and her team! They got me in quickly for my first appointment, then met with me again in a timely manner to review labs. Shortly after that appointment, I had huge a flare up caused by Lyme and co-infections. I contacted Mallory’s practice and they allowed me to come into the wellness center without a pre scheduled appointment and helped me get my pain and symptoms under control. Everyone was so kind, patient and flexible with me and has continued to be this way as I work through the rest of my flare up.
Mallory’s team definitely saved me from an ER visit and has provided me with resources and knowledge to continue to work on my health. I would highly recommend this team!

Wonderful practice. If you are not getting the results from your traditional SICK-care, Dr. Fox does a great job with HEALTH-care. Our daughter struggled with debilitating symptoms for over a year with no answers or results from many doctors and tests within traditional medicine in this area. Dr. Fox quickly got to the root of the problem and got rid of the problem, instead of simply trying to treat the symptoms. We are so thankful we found this practice.
