This facility is amazing! Clean, efficient, special shout out to the receptionist Susan! She was so kind and nonjudgmental, which is really refreshing from what I’ve been through with other facilities. Another shout out to two RN’s Cayla and Jenny! Both really friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Last shout out Dr. Bowers she was kind, efficient, gentle, inquisitive, and non-judgmental. Once again, I cannot praise this facility enough. I will be returning whenever I need urgent care or the emergency room.

I’ve previously had good experiences with this clinic. However, ever since the clinic switched me physicians and didn’t notify me I’ve had nothing but poor experiences. This is explicitly regarding the physician— the front desk staff has been very helpful.

I went to have a physical conducted. The resident literally did nothing except check my lungs and heart because I was sick. He said “well you don’t look sick.” Then when he asked about the brand of birth control he said “how’s that working for ya?” Like hello? He didn’t take on my FULL prescription list, just the controlled substance. So when I put in the request for my other prescriptions it didn’t get switched and now I’ve had to raw dog it without my antidepressants and BP meds and that’s been pretty horrendous. Called the front desk and they put in the note to the physician and he still didn’t fill it after two full business days. (Which is actually four days because of the weekend). This is not the first run in with him, the first time I was out of my controlled substance prescription he waited a week on that one too, and I had to call three different times for them to get a prescription to the pharmacy. So not only do I feel completely out of sorts, but I’m also crying at the littlest things and feel horrendously depressed. Don’t waste your time, the front desk can only cover up so much.

Pulling my family out of here. Went in for annual well visits and had my family established. I had assurances from my insurance company and their billing department that it would be covered as an “annual checkup”. I started getting bills associated with these visits upwards of $250 each and that was after insurance paid their part. Good luck trying to talk to someone. Their customer service routes to a “business center”. I’d recommend staying far far away from Franciscan or any of their offices

My daughter found out she is pregnant and was referred to this clinic. They said they will ask a few questions and tell the answers to the dr to see if she is a “good fit” for their clinic! 1st of all, they are already judging her (she’s 18) and this isn’t a job interview!!! They wouldn’t schedule her appointment either. So we will be going elsewhere. I will be calling and speaking to a manager.

I’ve been going to this clinic since just before it opened in this location and have really appreciated that the new doctors there for their residencies are well supported by their mentor doctors. It’s a “two for the price of one” idea— you are seen by new doctors who are up to date on the latest medical information and then double checked by seasoned doctors who make sure they aren’t missing anything.

While there have been a couple of resident doctors and a nurse there that I didn’t really like and requested not to be seen by again, all of the other doctors I’ve seen have been exceptional and keep me coming back. I think patients just need to remember that it’s totally fine to request a different doctor if you aren’t meshing well with one.

This clinic is clean, calming, state of the art and is in an easy to reach to location with ample parking. Front desk staff have been respectful, kind and attentive. Appointments are easy to schedule and they can usually find a way to get you in quickly if you really need. Initially labs were not done at this location, but now that they are in the same building it’s incredibly convenient. Lab staff are quick, thorough and make the experience very low stress.

All in all, I recommend this clinic if your insurance accepts it.

Don’t bother selecting any one here as your PCP. Front desk is rude, Doctors will rush you through appointments and act inconvenienced by your presence. I had asked for help filling out paper work that is supposed to be filled out with your Doctor, instead it was taken to the back room filled out incorrectly. When asked to be fixed I was told that I did not know what I was talking about and “That is what you requested “. Toxic environment the care providers act like they don’t want to be there. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else, I don’t leave reviews often but I felt even if I could prevent one person from experiencing the stress this place has given me I did my job .

I was seeing Dr. Weston, who unfortunately has left. He had tests done to make sure I was healthy enough for a major surgery and unfortunately found a spot in my left lung. He immediately called and told me he was sending me in to see a cancer specialist, Dr. Howington. Dr. Howington had to remove a large section of my upper left lung. I'm very thankful to all the doctors at the residency. So far, I have been placed with 3 who moved on in their medical careers.

Really happy with this clinic, for me and my son. They always can find a spot if you need. Staff and doctors are the best! You don’t have to wait month or two to see a doctor! You can see the doctor when you need to!
