Slowest place on the planet been here for 2 hours and still haven’t been seen they take forever and play favorites husband had a 9:45 appointment it’s currently 11:33 and still haven’t been seen if I could give zero stars I would someone needs to fix this place what is the point in having an appointment time if your going to be here all day and wait nearly 3 hours just to get seen

Worse experience I have ever had...just needed refill on my blood pressure med...this clinic is there to help us people that are indigent...but since I am not working at this time and don't have a check stub from at least the last month I don't get seen...been off work because if car wreck since Dec...I did have my w2 to show all money I made last year...but not good enough..so now I got to make a app with them that cost 210 dollars that I don't have...but oh well when I have stroke no one.Will care but my kids...go to same type clinic in north Alabama with no problems. This is what happens when your out of work

The nurse practitioner was extremely nice and attentive, such a shame they mislead me on how much my visit will cost. When I would ask how much things would cost, I was told "its 45$ to see the doctor". I was told I had no choice on a particular test, which they wouldn't tell me what is was for. When I got an unexpected 515$ billing statement from them, I noticed the mystery test was a pregnancy test. Which they charged me 31$ for. Turns out that yes it was 45 dollars to see the doctor, but they charged for everything else. I have tried to call to get the results of the last test (which THEY were supposed to call me about) and I can never get anyone to answer. They have broken my trust in the medical system and medical professionals. This clinic is not here to help us poor people, it's here to take advantage of us.
