I put in an order for propane to be delivered to my house in the middle of the summer when it wasn’t busy season and they STILL took 2 months to deliver and would not give an approximate date. I ended up getting leased tanks that I did not sign for and paid so much that I thought I purchased them! I then ended up moving in September of 2020 and have called several times and requested them to pick up their tanks and it’s now mid-November and they still won’t give me an approximate date on when they will be picked up! It is ridiculous because someone else has probably moved in there by now and is using the $500of propane that I PAID for!!!! They have wasted 2 months already!!! I would NOT get propane from them, there are other choices and I wish I would have choose a different one!

Called to have a gas leak checked and the lady said no they don’t have people to do that and the guys on the truck won’t be back, to call someone else. It wasn’t her problem if something happened they don’t have service people

Well, I have tried calling non-stop for an hour. 30 calls later the line is still busy.
I hope their line is out. I would hate to think they were unreachable for an hour if their phone line is working.
