I have been to both Dr Orsini and Dr Froman. I think they are great! Dr Orsini helped with a terrible sinus infection. Dr Froman has helped me with a build up of wax on one ear. Last time I had an audiologist app't. I keep going back as they always help me.

Dr. Orsini is the best. He was the only doctor that took my sinus infections seriously. He had me tested for allergies and I had so many. I started allergy shots. I am a different person now. God bless him.

If you need wax removed from an ear, expect to dish out nearly $100.... I expected the $40 co-pay, that's ok..but then got a $50 bill in the mail , thats $90 just to squirt water through my son's ear!! Next time went to a different practice in a nearby town... Again water squirted through his ear ( also this Dr was more friendly, explaining why only water would work not instruments picking the wax out, etc)....and WASN'T billed that Extra $50 ! I even tried to appeal that $50 charge.. But we all know how insurance companies are, didn't win it.

Waited almost an hour for a 9:15 appointment . Others were also waiting on narrow walkway, with no shade and signs warning "Caution uneven pavement". Two had canes and were pacing, two were leaning on railing and the fifth lady was sitting on wooden steps leading to an apartment on second floor. We were lucky to get a parking spot in a full lot and observed from the car. When we arrived at 9:10 I called to let them know we were there and was immediately put on hold. Luckily I was able to signal staff letting a patient in and she said they would call when ready. I hung up and waited, while a Dart bus pulled up behind and discharged a passenger who was admitted before we were. All of the women waiting were admitted before we were summoned at 9:45. Once inside we were ushered to a treatment room where we waited another fifteen minutes for Dr. Froman. When he arrived he said there was wax on my husbands eardrum and went to work on it without much conversation. I was observing and saw my husband was having a lot of discomfort. I have seen him go through this procedure a few years back at VA hospital and It was not this uncomfortable. I asked why so much pain and was told curtly, the eardrum is very sensitive. When he finished he submitted a RX and I asked why the warning signs outside, why not fix the pavement? He answered , again curtly, that the problem could not be fixed due to changing weather conditions. I then suggested that a new location might be a good idea for the safety of the patients. (The building that this office is in was probably built around 1940, as a large home and has been his office for many years.) I was told promptly that this was not my concern and his patients were happy to come there. I replied "not all of them". Went to the desk to check out and was asked if I wanted to schedule for six months. I did not. We had been told that this could have been done in Pittsburgh, at the VA Hospital or we could schedule with him, if we wanted to stay in our community. We will not return to this rude , arrogant man even though it will mean an hours drive to the city the next time. After reading other reviews, I am not surprised to know that others share the same opinion.

The parking is horrible and the receptionist isn’t friendly I feel they are more about money than your health. The dr never could figure out what was the problem after several tests and appointments. The last one they wanted over 300 up front even though I have insurance and told me this this after I arrived . When I didn’t have the 300 plus dollars they turned me away without even a payment plan so my son could be seen.
My husband also went to this office neither dr was available so he saw an associate who told him what he already knew and charged him a ton of money, insurance covered a portion but we paid almost 200 for him to tell him he needed to see a hearing aid specialist. I do not recommend this office.

If you want a Dr appointment where you fight for parking this is the place. Anywhere you park other than the 5 spaces they have shared you will be towed. The best part is when you finally find parking and get to your appointment you arrive early to, you will then get the experience of waiting over an hour after your appointment to see your doctor. I can’t judge the doctors because after them being so behind and an hour of waiting, I left the office and got a refund. I would be embarrassed if my practice was making people wait that long for appointments. If you can’t fit that many into your day then why schedule so many. If you like your time wasted then this place is perfect for you, if you actually want to be examined, I would recommend finding another practice. Just simply embarrassing.

I began seeing Dr.Orsini for my horrible allergies. I have had problems my whole life that went Undiagnosed. I found doctor Orsini to be very caring and as he listened intently to my long list of symptoms. He Spent a fair amount of time With me and set up an appointment For further testing promptly. Hes always very personable whenever I have an appointment with him. Fortunately, I have not had the experience others talk about. I have no experience with doctor Froman as I don't See him. I agree with the others the parking is terrible. For my weekly allergy shots I am often as many others are sitting in the middle of the side street waiting for a spot to open. There is one receptionist that is particularly unfriendly but otherwise I have found their staff to be helpful and pleasant. I do find myself waiting over an hour for a weekly allergy shot but we are in the middle of a pandemic and healthcare as I well know is not running as smoothly as it once did.

I called to schedule an appointment, before doing so I checked to see if my Ohio insurance was accepted. I was told yes so I scheduled. About a week later, I needed to reschedule. So I called back and again double checked if my Ohio insurance was covered. Again, I was told yes. So the day of my appointment I hand over my insurance card to be told it’s not accepted. I was livid at the disrespect these office employees have for the patient. I wasted a tank of gas driving 45 mins each way. I paid for childcare and had to take the day off work. All I got in response was “sorry it was a new employee”. Apparently, the so called supervisor doesn’t train her employees with the same knowledge. I don’t recommend this office, they are very unprofessional and incompetent.
