I have been under the care of Dr. Londono since Dr. Florin retired and finally for the 1st time in over 35 years my migraines have almost diminished. Dr. Londono takes the time to listen, she is extremely compassionate, and truly cares about her patients. I am very happy with Dr. Londono and highly recommend her to anyone who suffers from acute migraines.

FRONT OFFICE STAFF: Incredibly horrible customer service. Horribly rude. Horrible communication. Always has been. And a very DGAF attitude. Very smile, never nice. So draining for someone who is going there for terrible chronic migraines and you make my life 100 times harder.

DOCTORS: Amazing, the only reason I come back.

Great service from the front desk and the Dr. also, Janet the Botox coordinator. She was very helpful in getting treatment covered by both my insurance companies. I was nervous to get Botox for the first time for migraines but the Dr was super gentle and explained everything. I would recommend this office for your neurology needs.

This is the best experience I’ve ever had in a neurology office. Their team is amazing and very organized, and the physician is well – just the best. She is an excellent listener, incredibly knowledgeable, and is an advocate for increasing quality of life and preventing migraines and headaches. I also brought my father to this Office for different condition other than migraines, and he is also very excited to be A patient here. Thank you to the office staff who mailed me my forms in advance, and who thought through providing. explicit directions and maps to ensure a good experience on my first visit. This office is age, friendly, and disability, friendly, which of course implies a very inclusive environment. Thank you, Fullerton neurology for being so committed to the outcomes and success of my father and I.

Brought my mom for a first time assessment of her memory loss. Dr Londoño and staff were very attentive and kind! We felt very comfortable and listened to. It feels so encouraging to have someone guide us through this journey.

I rarely review doctors but finding someone who actually CARES about you and wants to treat migraine is so rare. It’s such a difficult disease to treat and get people who really listen and don’t disregard your pain. I was so worried when Allison and Dr Florin left but Dr Londoño has been absolutely wonderful. I see her every three months for Botox injections and she is so caring, gentle and always talks to me about how I’m doing. I’m so happy and relieved to have Dr Londoño and the entire Fullerton neurology team. The whole office staff is amazing too.

Dr Florin and his PA Allison were wonderful. They have a new Dr. since he retired and she is horrible. She is rude was yelling at me because I asked her to do my migraine injections like Allison did. The time before when she did them they didn’t work. She did it differently and I got more migraines than ever. She was yelling at me, pointing her finger in my face and refused to do my injections. Stood in the doorway so I couldn’t leave and wouldn’t refund the amount I paid! Her name is Dr. Diana Londono.

I’ve been taking my mom here for about 6 months and the staff is amazing. Dr. Londono is super sweet with my mom and is able to answer all of my questions. The front desk team is always helpful and takes their time with us so we get everything right.
