I live in Lancaster, CA. The weather has been well into the 100's for days. My nebulizer machine stopped working I called to report the problem at 9:00am. They were busy so all I could do was leave a message. By 2:00pm staff was at my door with a new machine. Staff is quick, proficient and professional. Thank so much I was scared I had to call 911 but I didn't because you came through.

Very rude and bad experience. Would NOT recommend anyone going to this medical supplier. Many better options in the area who will not be over the top rude. AVOID!!!

After the owner confirmed we could use a PPO insurance policy took several weeks to get the referral from the doctor and when it was submitted to the company I got no response after a couple of weeksI was able to speak with the owner and he said he can’t be bothered with the insurance anymore cash only …nice,
Meanwhile my senior has fallen several more times; since I’ve started over in my search

They say they are here to help you with your needs but they're not at this very moment there is a man that is suffering dearly he's got a back injury he's got an amputated leg he's a diabetic he can barely walk and he needs help fundamental medical supply has lied to him I don't know how many times already they came out to change the batteries even though they knew that there was a problem with the electrical Mr Gregory said he would come back and fix it but nowhere to be found and his amputated leg they said that his prosthetic leg the guy's been calling him for over a month stating that he's been on vacation and he would come to see him Friday Saturday Sunday or Monday and he has not been out to come and see the patient!! So are you helping yourself to put money into your pocket or are you actually helping the people that need the help
