I am extremely pleased with the care I received at this facility. I was able to get in quickly and there was much flexibility working with my schedule when making appointments. Everyone I worked with was knowledgeable, kind and extremely pleasant. I will most definitely return here if the need arises.

The therapist I worked with was awesome. He recognized my situation and worked with me in a way that I could grasp exactly not only what I had to do but why. That always helps. I highly recommend him. The front desk staff also helped when I had to reschedule frequently and was very nice and professional about it.

I want to thank the whole staff for the excellent work they did to help me during my physical therapy.
In particular, Daniel, Joseph and Allie who were very knowledgeable as well as professional and personable.
I feel that if I need to return in the future, that I will have the same level of care and attention that I received previously.

I came in with lower back pain and neck pain. This team, Dan, Karolina, Joe & Chris are so caring and knowledgeable. I now walk with less pain and will use the techniques they have shown me forever. PT is not just for the time you are there. It is a lifestyle especially as you get older. Thank you all for your help

Went for an evaluation. Was told it would be $125. I was billed $530. My insurance covered all but $208.68. "Oh, $125 was just an estimate". I asked how much it would be if I didn't have insurance and they said $125. So don't tell them you have insurance it'll be cheaper. Fyzical is not helping me get better, they are billing my insurance as much as possible. They will not give you a straight answer, you have to talk to the billing company Missouri. Very disappointed, I wish I knew more about how they operated before agreeing to my "$125" evaluation.

Everyone here from the front desk staff to the therapist are as nice as can be. They really take an interest in making sure your therapy is going the way it should and correcting anything that may cause worse problems or any problems during the therapy. Also they do have water tank therapy here which I use and I find to be much better and much less impact especially when you have compressed discs or anything else that's compressed in your body. It works much better to relieve pain and tension. Definitely worth a try here and you should be quite happy with it. If you're dealing with compressed discs you might want to try the water therapy as it's a lot easier and less impact on your body. It won't matter which therapist you get they're all very good and constantly ask you how you're doing throughout your therapy to make sure things are going well.

I absolutely loved my time there. From the ladies at the front desk who were always so nice and welcoming to all the therapists that helped me with my physical therapy and got to know me in the short time I was there. Thank you Chris, Dan, Joe, Deanna, Ruth and newcomer Carolina. I enjoyed spending time with all of you. I just wish I would have talked to Chris about woodworking and hit the little white ball with Joe and Dan. Again, I can't say enough about the staff. Wish I could keep going just to hang out with them.
