I’ve been trying to get ahold of this company about the status of my order since October 8, and it’s been a complete nightmare. Their voicemail is full, so I can’t leave a message. No one ever picks up the phone, and there’s no other way to contact them. Someone from Gameday replied to a previous review of mine, asking me to email them so they could "look into it." I did, and after several days, I still haven’t received a response.

What’s even more concerning is their suspicious reviews on both Yelp and Google. A lot of their five-star reviews seem to come from fake users—profiles that haven’t reviewed anything else, with the same short, generic two-sentence comments. It’s hard to trust their supposed glowing reputation when my experience and that of a friend have been the exact opposite.

Avoid this company at all costs. They don’t value their customers, and their online reputation appears to be manufactured to hide how poorly they actually operate. Don’t waste your money here.

They were very welcoming when I showed up, they kept the process smooth and quick, they had refreshments and snacks while they processed your papers, the receptionist was upbeat and easy to talk to. My doctor was very knowledgeable and versed in the services provided. It was absolutely a wonderful atmosphere and initial visit.
