I am a returning patient and very impressed that front desk services improve a lot… because just company with my friend here for her doctor’s appointment. Especially I really want to appreciate Roberta for helping me and my friend a lot that always adding us at the same day for dr visits for my inconvenience of always taking days off of my work ❤️ although she might not remember me, I still want to say thank you to her to make my day easy!

I don't know how to begin To thank Garfield health center at 210 garfield. Doctor Tai has gone over and beyond the Call of Duty to help me expedite my second surgery. Cedar.
Sinai hospital bought out congress orthopedicso so phase 2 of my surgery surgery was declined. Her Entire staff worked 24/7 to help me get my surgery rescheduled. I've never seen such team work and accountability in my life. Jason has worked numerous hours trying to get me reapproved by submitting numerous preauthorizations, Shirley and Victoria always made themselves available to me for what ever I needed, the front desk Steven, Van and Ming always greet me with a smile no matter how many times they see me. I've referred several friends and the all love Dr. Tai and and the entire staff.

I am a patient in Garfield Health Center (Monterey Park). My family doctor is Abby Fung . She is a very nice doctor with a good attitude to answer my questions and solve my health issues. The check out section~ (Amy) ~ she is very nice, helpful with a nice attitudes to help the patients to schedule the next appointment, apply the lab test, X ray e.t.c to get approval. Thank you Amy.

I want to say thank you to roberta! Everytime she helps me a lot and the way she communicates with me i feel very comfortable! she really does care am i understanding of what she's explaining or not because she said even her sometimes needs time to process! very humble! and also provider bin bin is very nice!

This office is amazing. Dr Tai is very professional. Back staff Amy is super nice, especially to elderly people patient and polite. You can trust if you parents get good care from there.

Very happy to visit as the first time right here at this clinic! Providers are ao nice and also Roberta is so sweet and excellent of explaining what i should do when i got confused 🥰 Great customer service! Appreciate that !

I had some difficulty communicating with the dental front desk, which made scheduling and understanding details a bit challenging. It would be helpful to provide language training to improve the patient experience.
