I love Dr.Fine and former, retired PA Heidi Peters. The office has been going through a transition so it's been a couple of steps trying to communicate. That said, I spoke with Lisa in the billing department today. Lisa, and the previous billing contacts I have spoken with the past two months, have provided outstanding customer service. Lisa was kind, friendly, efficient and helpful. Thank you, Lisa, for all your help. It was very nice talking to you.

Communication from the office after the visit is excellent. Samantha Falkowski was extremely knowledgeable and instilled a hope for help I did not have coming to this practice. She was very caring, explained what tests were needed and made my questions were answered.

This office has gone down hill over the years. I was also misdiagnosed on one medical issue and it's sad when the doctor is more worried about his pride and won't admit it and would rather treat your medical issue incorrectly then to fix it. I had a second opinion that verified what I thought was going on. Definitely sticking with the doctors office that did the second opinion. Also if your looking to ever actually talk to the staff at this place you will be highly disappointed. You have to go inside the office to do so, whether its for an appointment or not. The only person you will ever talk to over the phone is the staff that answers the phones that I believe is not at that location. And Denise can never seem to do her job in my experience and is either totally forgetting things or just never calling you back, it's super frustrating. The doctor said to me a long time ago "no stress", as to not aggravate my stomach and let me tell you, trying to deal with this office is super stressful. I would flare just from trying to deal with them. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

I needed a colonoscopy had to come in and see someone first. That was with a nurse practitioner. I won’t name names but she was not very good. I almost didn’t go through with having the colonoscopy done here because of her and the reviews. I needed it done and didn’t want to delay further. I wanted pricing and it wasn’t easy to get but that is true anywhere. I spoke to a compassionate woman on the phone who took her time getting me pricing. I appreciated that. The procedure went very smoothly the nurse for prep was great but Dr Shannahan was outstanding. Listened to my concerns she genuinely cared while talking before the procedure. I felt at ease. She then spoke with me afterwards and I was reassured by her confidence and professionalism. If I could I would give Sarah all the stars and the office and nurse practitioner 2 or 3 but I want this to be thorough accurate review of the whole process. The pricing they quoted was accurate the procedure went smoothly but as mentioned there were some bumps along the entire route. My experience here was far from the very low rating that they seem to consistently get here. I feel it’s like most things in life. The only people filling out reviews are those very few with problems and the ones who don’t have issues never fill out reviews.

My first colonoscopy was surprisingly easy and quick - the prep was the worst part! Doctor Greta Taitelbaum was amazing, very professional and friendly, the medical team was incredibly supportive, and I barely felt a thing during the procedure thanks to the sedation. I woke up feeling completely fine and was able to go about my day with no discomfort. It was definitely a positive experience and I'm glad I finally took the step to get screened. Highly recommended!

I established care with Dr. Shannahan last November and have been seen a couple times since then and done many tests at her office. My symptoms worsened, and when I tried to make an appointment about it she has no openings until late May. Even for a current patient who waited the many months for an initial appointment in order to establish care. Very disappointing.

MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PRACTICE THAT I’VE EVER BEEN TO. I was scheduled for an endoscopy and wasn’t informed that my procedure would be done at a different place. I showed up the day of my procedure just for them to tell me it wasn’t done there. I let the front desk girl know that i wasn’t given that information and she just gave me the new address and said “you better get going now”. Staff were rude and not sorry at all for my inconvenience due to their carelessness DO NOT GO HERE.

I was 30 min. late due to confusion of some sort. but Doctor still accomodated me same day. The visit was important to me, and I had a very informative meeting with my specialist. High marks.
