These people will schedule you for appointments you didn’t ask for and then not answer the phone when you call them. Unbelievably sketchy. They tried putting me on hypothyroidism medication after one blood test without performing a complete thyroid panel. Just trying to scam people out of money and don’t go the extra mile to make sure they’re doing things correctly at all. Wouldn’t have written a review this badly but here it is since they refuse to answer the phone.

Can’t say enough about NP Jyldyz. My daughter and I had the same doctor for a number of years whom we absolutely loved, but he retired. We spent a few years searching for a doctor who we felt comfortable with and who we felt seemed to genuinely interested in providing the care and support that we felt comfortable with. My daughter and I were unable to find a doctor who we felt comfortable with until NP Jyldyz. We’re actually able to share every concern with her and we’re able to get the quality care we’ve been looking for. She listens and allows us to express our concerns. NP Jyldyz takes her time she explains what she is doing, prescribing and why if needed or not. She’s absolutely wonderful, very professional and very kind. We adore her and going to medical visits is NOT stressful. With NP Jyldyz you’re in good hands. Enough about her because I don’t want her to get overbooked! Genuinely grateful to have found an awesome PCP.

My first visit with GB was great! I was looking for a new Primary Care office and had a great first impression. The offices are nice, everyone that assisted me or interacted with me was friendly and polite and I was actually seen with reasonable promptness. Bonus, they had a lab on site to run my bloodwork so it was very convenient. However, my follow up for the results of the bloodwork did not go as smoothly. I was offered a telehealth visit and thought that was perfect so that I didn’t have to take time off of work or drive to their office simply to review the results. My appointment was at 11 am. I was told that the office assistant would call me 10 minutes prior but my phone did not ring. At 11:10 I called their office and was told that they would be calling me shortly and to please call back if I did not receive the call for my appointment in 15 minutes. 20 minutes passed and I called back and was placed on hold for 15 minutes! I had changed my lunch hour to accommodate this appointment and I was running out of time. So I hung up and called again, explained the situation and this time spoke with someone else who did seem to want to help but obviously could not simply pull the Dr. out of whatever appointment/patient she was with. He was able to get a message to the Dr.’s assistant and managed to get the Dr on the line with me but that was at 11:50. I was able to get my information and she was very polite and did her best to be concise. I just wish that the appointment had not been so rushed. I do like this Dr and will likely give them another chance but I will probably decline telehealth visits with them in the future.

We absolutely love NP Jydlyz! She is amazing she takes her time during our appointments and she’s never in a hurry. She listens to every concern. She goes above and beyond to ensure you get the care, medication and or treatment needed.

I had a great doctor's visit today. The staff were very attentive and knowledgeable and that's important to me. I've been going to this practice since they started here. My new physician Dr. Jill was was great. I hope to see her many more times.

It’s always a pleasure going to see my Dr. she has a heart of Gold. Always prompt to visit me in the private room. Asks me ? Concerning my health and well being. She always make it a point to ask me before my visit is over if I have have any questions or concerns. She is very compassionate and caring. Also her staff is always friendly and kind and greets me with a smile. . Just want to say Thank You GB Family.
