Called my wife for an order her doctor sent in (we were both on the call) wouldnt say why they were calling and hung up the phone. My wife called back and after a run around figured out why they were calling. He went on a tirade insulting my pregnant wife and calling her a liar and said if their first size they sent out didnt fit they would not be responsible for swapping for a correct size. They asked very inprecise questions which could easily lead to a wrong size. When i cut in on him and he said he wouldnt talk to us anymore and refused the order. Terrible company, terrible customer service!

i had the best experience with this company my doctor prescribed a back support "brace" i received a called to verify my address and size customer service is the best very polite and professional i received my back brace the next day i was surprised most places take few days after shipping i will definitely recommend this company
