I wish that I could give -5 stars. The facility was contacted by the hospital case management at 11:45am. They did not deliver the hospital bed until after 8pm. Before that the tech only delivered the bipap machine.... NO OXYGEN!! Oxygen is required for this machine. We waited 45 minutes for the on call nurse to return our call within a few minutes as she advised herself she would. She called over an hour later to inform us that EMS would have to take my family member back to the ER until they could provide what should have already been delivered hopefully within the next 4 hours. When asking what happened or where was the mix up.... no one seems to have an answer. So now will be stuck with another ER bill due to their careless professionalism. I hope they are ready to take care of this ER bill because it was not us or my family member's fault that we had to return where we just left.

If only i could give zero stars. Here to help? I can't tell. I'm laid back and easy to please so for me to get frustrated is saying something. Worst experience ever. I was alone this whole experience. They never want to return your calls and when you finally get in touch with them they are extremely rude. They were supposed to bathe her 2 times a week yet she went over 2 weeks without a bath and was completely bed ridden. They didn't try to teach us how to properly care for her or do anything while she was bedridden. She passed a month ago and no call to come pick up their equipment. I had to call them and again they were rude and tried to say the system showed they had picked it up? I asked to speak to someone else and they didn't want to hear anything i had to say we're rude and finally said they would call someone to pick it up. All they did was add to the stress and headache.

This is my very first experience with the company. My mothers doctor referred her to them. We got our first call from them today 7/31/2014 and spoke to a Kim? The call ended about 3:35pm. Said she would call me right back. I waited until 4:50pm ten minutes before the office closed and called them back and it was handled quite nicely. Seems this Hospice firm is in some way interconnected with the Gentiva Home Health Service which she has used in the past.

Thanks to everyone at Kindred Hospice we could not have asked for better care for our Mom. A special thank you to the nurse Shanell who was so helpful to us. Our experience was great. There was always someone calling to check on us. During this time guidance was so important to us. Thanks again to group of special people.

FAMOUS LAST WORDS!!!!!!!!!!I will see what I can do!!!!!!!!That's when inquiring about sanitary supplies!!!!!!!Better off just going to Walmart. THAT IS ABOUT ALL THEY SUPPLY!!!!!They cant even do that !!!!!Bet they turn in alot for Medicare tt pay though!!please save yourself and loved one the "Heartache "
