This is the first time that I go to gentle dental, and from experiencing in the past of different places, this one truly does what the name says gentle dental everyone started from the secretaries to the Assistance doctors. They were all very professional and very considerate, caring, and answered questions With gentle care and a smile, I cannot say enough about how happy I am by making a decision of going to this place. The doctor that I had she is amazing Her assistance was wonderful. I’m sorry I forgot your name. I don’t think I ever really got their names because they told me However, I sorry I forgot but all I can say they know who they are. They’re very, very wonderful. The dental hygienist was amazing. I recently moved to Burlington and chose to visit your clinic due to its proximity and positive reviews. I visited twice—once for an evaluation and again for a cleaning. I was pleased with the facility, and the staff were friendly and professional. Both the evaluation and cleaning were on par with services I’ve received at other dental offices.

However, I encountered a significant issue with your billing department that I feel needs to be addressed. During my visit, I had an X-ray taken, which I initially thought was a routine one. It turns out it was a more specialized X-ray, covered by insurance only once every few years. While I understand this policy, I was disappointed that I was not informed about the potential cost beforehand. Surprise bills are never pleasant, and I believe this could have been communicated more clearly. That said, I do appreciate the transparency you provided regarding out-of-pocket costs for recommended fillings.

The real concern came with the billing errors I’ve encountered. After my visits, I received duplicate claims for both appointments and was sent bills for amounts that had already been paid by my insurance. I notified your office about the mistakes, but to my surprise, I recently received another bill with a different total, once again charging for services that were already covered. This experience has left me feeling frustrated, and unfortunately, it’s diminishing the trust I had in your clinic.

I’ve never had billing issues like this with my previous dental providers, which makes this situation all the more concerning. If this had been my first dental experience, I might not have known to check these details, and I could have paid the incorrect charges. I sincerely hope that this issue can be resolved promptly, as it is detracting from what would otherwise be a positive experience at your clinic.

My visit today was exquisite. Dr Susan Kim is indeed a Super-Dentist. Antonia who assisted was very adept at modifying my partial. Michelle runs a great office. Who can't wait to go to this dentist!
