Product received was in new condition and well packaged. Setup is straightforward with helpful hints. Facility space was clean and roomy. Tech who explained equipment use was patient and knew the equipment and options well. Tech covered aspects of use and maintenance well and answered all questions clearly. Looking back, it would have helped to spend more time on mask fitting.

I showed up almost 2 hours early for my appointment and fully expected to wait the entire time. The hound man working was more than happy to work me in. I was in and out within 20 minutes with new CPAP masks and a better understanding of how my machine works.

Once I arrived at the facility in Fairfax, VA., everything went smoothly. The presentation was great and informative. Cristian went through everything and was very attentive to our questions and needs. My only concern was the location. Trying to get to a 9:00 am appointment outside the Washington metropolitan area during morning rush hour is a trip I would not wish on the devil. Why is there no location within Washington, DC?
