I can’t begin to express the level of my disappointment with this home health agency.

I have a long-term disability with secondary progressive multiple sclerosis. I need ongoing care, and the need
will only be increasing as my disease progresses. All I have ever asked for is consistency in the visits or consistent communication, if there’s not going to be consistent visits. I have received neither. When I call to find out where my OT or PT visits are, the calls are either not returned or there is an explanation given concerning problems with Medicare. For example, I was given a reassessment this week for Physical therapy after being mysteriously and wrongly discharged two weeks ago. Over the two weeks, my condition had deteriorated. The new physical therapist (my fourth in eight weeks) indicated that I should receive another physical therapy visit this week along with a renewal, after a month break, in my OT visits. Needless to say, none of this happened, and my phone message (my fourth since
being switched to this agency) requesting status was not returned.

I hope these guys will get this together so that I can withdraw this review and leave something more positive.

Great agency to work with. Our previous home health agency was not good and after we switched to this agency it went much better. Especially with Mark the nurse he is great. He has communication and good job skills as nurse and he is handsome too. Good directions and gives good teaching very presentable and knowledgeable.
