The medical assistants and doctors are all nice, friendly and eager to help you. Right after I check in, I don't have to wait too long before my name is called. They have a general practice and pain management and X-rays and other things. If you have to wait for a ride, they will let you wait inside. There are 2 sides for service. The seats are comfortable with cushions. There is a bathroom off of the waiting area and more bathrooms in the back past the inner door(s). They offer you comprehensive insurance to use at the clinic or you can use your own insurance.

Got an $800 bill in the mail randomly for things I've never agreed to. Two doctors visits are listed as $450 charges, when they only charge $90 for no insurance. I've paid for all of my blood work and drug tests in person on the day of. They're trying to charge me $8 for having my blood pressure checked?

This company is fraudulent, and if these charges aren't corrected I'm going to be informing the Better Business Bureau Attorney General and my Lawers. These are criminals.

I like this doctor's office every time I have a visit the front desk, nurses, and doctor I am seeing on that visit treat me great. They listen to me they're thorough and concise they are super friendly and they always refer me to the specialist I need. Oh no I feel lucky to have them as my primary health practice.

I took my dad in to get a new referral since the first one they gave me was out of network. Which should have been checked before sending him over there. They said they would email me. They never did. I’ve called the office numerous times and left voicemails with no call back. I went in today (8 days later) to talk to the same receptionist in suite 11. She was useless and told me to wait for the referral person who gets there at 830. I asked to speak to the office manager. She sent me to suite 8 to talk to Lucy who was not in yet. The receptionist is suite 8 was way more helpful! She was able to get me the help we needed and got me in contact with the admin.

Been trying to reach this office by phone all day. No one answers or returns calls. Are they still in business or is it that their business goal to provide poor patient care? Its time to find a responsible and caring doctor who provides exceptional care and ensures the staff does the same.
Would gladly give them zero stars if only that was an option.

I’ve been with Gila Family Medicine for about 7 years now; I’ve had more good experiences than bad. The only complaint I have is scheduling. But that is nothing compared to the care I get when I’m in the office. I’ve seen just about every doctor, I think, and every single one has given me exceptional care and concern. Being a “sick” person with anxiety and constantly having to go to doctors is difficult at times; I’ve been in the office, anxiety ridden, upset, crying at times, & I was treated with compassion. I can’t tell you how much it means to me that the doctors don’t take my anxiety personal. They talk me down n give me the reassurance that I need in regards to the treatment I need. They did an extensive check on me and finally diagnosed me when other doctors would basically tell me it was in my head. Cat scans have now proved that it was in my head n I was referred to a neurosurgeon. They were the ones who caught it and treated me for it.

NP Anna is amazing as well! I just had the pleasure of having an appointment with her and she’s phenomenal! Just like the rest of the staff she listens and spends time with her patients. I was having my panic attack the first time I saw her and she was firm, direct and compassionate towards me. We had such a good visit; even though I got 2 shots in the office.

If you’re looking for true family physicians I highly recommend this family practice.

This is honestly the worst place to go. I have to constantly harass the workers to remind them to send my prescriptions, or check on my labs. I don’t even know my providers half the time because they constantly are getting new ones. The providers are great, it’s honestly just how the practice is run, over booking feels like a money grab tbh.

There’s currently a shortage in a medication that I had to wait TWO weeks for them to fill, and the pharmacy doesn’t have it (fine not their fault), but what is their fault is that they never can follow through in a timely manner for any appointment. You have an appointment at 2? You probably won’t be out of the office until close to five.

The only reason I go this office is because I grew up going here, but I’m done after how neglectful they’ve been with my prescriptions, losing my urine samples, requesting blood every visit. Over it, don’t waste your time.

Everytime i need prescriptions, I always have to call the office because they never send all the medications I’m supposed to receive. I went today before 1 and was told I was supposed to receive 3 prescriptions. I get to the pharmacy 3 hours later and I only received 2 because they said they never received the 3rd. I called the doctors office and ended up going back in and was told once the doctor finishes his call, he’d send it. I called the pharmacy to check on the prescription and hour later AND THEY STILL HADNT SENT IT IN. Then I called again and the guy I was speaking with basically started berating me that I shouldn’t go to the pharmacy because they can’t receive it and fill it quickly but was quick to try passing the phone off to the doctor when I told him my appointment was before 1. They really make me feel like I have TO BEG for medication and because of this i will not be returning. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
