I will never recommend this place to anyone. I've never written a bad review, but I would give negative stars to these guys if I could. Terrible people and management. I was on vacation when I realized a left a part for my Cpap face mask. So I came here for the part but ended up needing to purchase a $200 mask. I was told I could replace the new cpap mask with another one withing 30 days if it doesn't work for me. After a few days of using the mask, the mask was hurting the base of my nose. I called to replace it with a different one since I was within the 30 days. I got through to someone but they were not helpful a bit. They told me to email them. I emailed and called them several times. I finally got someone and they were rude and wouldn't help me. They told me I only had 2 days to return it instead of the 30 days they stated. Then they told me, they'd call the manufacturer and call me back if they can replace it. After a week and half I didn't get a call back. So i called to inquire and got through to a manager and they told me, "I already told you we couldn't replace it and that you only had 2 days to return it." Stay far far far away from these people. They are liars and don't care.

These folks are amazing! Not only did they have the exact colostomy supplies I needed for my mom, but they also accept insurance. The owner even checked his inventory and gave the address to the store to make sure I went to the right place. Very professional and organized. I definitely recommend this store and everyone that works there to any- and everyone. Well supplied and will revisit. Maybe even change my mom’s medical supplies supplier. They ship too!

The woman behind the counter was very friendly and helpful. But no prices are listed on the items so i assume they charge whatever they feel like in the moment. My Boyfriend went there today to get normal saline for a wound cleaning and charged $39.99 for a bottle. Only needed one small bottle and was told they are sold as a set of 4. Then why aren't they shrink wrapped with 4 bottles together? When he got home i searched and found the identical item, same manufacturer, same size bottle for 3.99. I read a review they had fair prices … i ask who did they compare prices to? Paying 10 times higher prices doesn't seem like fair prices to me. We need it so we will use it but they won. Congrats. You got my money.

I had the pleasure to be assisted by Tom he help me with changing out my mother wheelchair with no problem due to the first wheelchair having a wheel issue.. He gave me a brand NEW wheel chair!! He also didn’t give me a hard time for not having the receipt. He just pulled up my purchase history.. BEST service!! I was in and out within 10 minutes:)

What an awful company with rude employees. They sent me the wrong item after having a conversation about the item that was suppose to be sent. The device arrived after it was promised. I called the agent on the next business day and they were rude and unhelpful, so I asked to speak with a manager. She informed me she was the supervisor and then proceeded to hang up on me. I called back constantly for 15 minutes until I received another agent. He also identified himself as a manager and he was just as rude. I will not be using this company again. I recommend that one find a more customer friendly company.
This company is beyond anything I have ever experienced, and not in a positive way. Note the only had 2.1 stars before my review.
I just received a call from them asking me if I could take down my review. When I refused they became more incensed and called be rude and and unreasonable. I find it hard that this company is still in business.

My friend and I came in just to browse, as we are both health professionals and need a medical supply shop to recommend to our patients. The owner gave us her card and offered for us to look on her website after we told her our intentions, and then we kept browsing. After a few minutes, she came up to me and motioned towards the door and said “please? We have a website, you are free to browse on there or come back on Sunday and I’ll give you a tour.” And I looked at her with confusion and she motioned towards the two other customers in the store, as if we were being a nuisance to them when they already had another attendant helping them. At no point did she indicate she didn’t want us there, she had asked us three times when we walked in how she could help us. She was very kind when giving us the business cards, but then all of us a sudden wanted us to leave with no explanation when we weren’t disturbing the space whatsoever? We were there trying to look at their selection for the sake of getting THEM eventual business. But that will no longer be the case, as I will not be recommending to any patient that they undergo the disrespect we had to.

The owner now claims we need an appointment to simply look in the store, yet that is not indicated anywhere on their website, nor were there any signs. The suggestion that we were lingering indicates we were there just talking and wasting time and standing around in your store. What we were instead doing was walking and BROWSING your selection. I didn’t realize looking at products was a grounds to be asked to leave. If it’s appointment only, go ahead and put a reception desk at the front and a gate protecting all the supplies that the customers can’t access. We were there to help get a better understanding of what you can offer to future patients that we can recommend to them on your behalf. If you don’t want future customers, keep treating your current ones the way you do and you’ll have no problem with that.
