My father was in the hospital, and once he was discharged, he was prescribed over 10 medications, one of which was a narcotic for pain. I called the pharmacy in advance to ensure they had all the medications ready. They confirmed that everything was ready for pickup. When I arrived to collect the medications, I assumed all of them would be in the bag. When I went to give my father the medications, two medications were missing. They failed to inform me that two medications were not covered by the insurance. As a result of their oversight, my father had to suffer in pain all night. If they had notified me that two medications, especially the narcotic, were not covered, I would have contacted the hospital or the insurance company to resolve the issue.

The next day, when I returned, the person in charge informed me that the narcotic had been received the day before, but it was not covered. However, he had rerun it this morning, and this time it was covered—because I had contacted the hospital the previous day once I got to know. If they had told me on the phone that the medication wasn’t covered, I would have taken action to ensure my father received his meds.

I love this pharmacy! All the staff are really nice and friendly, they get my family’s prescriptions ready on time and I don’t have to call doctor for refills as well. They handle everything so well even the insurance issues as well. One time I went to pharmacy to pickup my dad’s medication and I saw one of the girl is help other customer to resolve his insurance issues. I really liked it that they go all out to help their customers.

The staff is super friendly with quick service. They definitely look out for their customers and keep track of prescriptions. Pharmacy is super clean and organized. Family owned and I would rather support our local pharmacy than any other chains. Thank you for your service.

I absolutely love this pharmacy and the staff. They are very nice and helpful.also they usually have my prescriptions ready before I even have to call them in. And your wait time is usually between 5mins and 15. I'll never change pharmacys
