I went through the drive through yesterday and received 9/53 pills prescribed to me, and no one bothered to tell me that my prescription wasn’t full. However I was still charged full price and when I went back today I only received 51/53 pills. So I’d advise everyone to count their pills since the pharmacy obviously can’t.

Update found out it was an issue with connectivity on my end . My phone was ending the calls not Gilstrap employees. So I retract my latest comments. Great place to get medications.

Best Pharmacy I have ever had the please of doing business with. The staff and pharmacist are friendly and kind. They treat you like family and they care. Refills and pick ups are quick easy and fast, and if refills are not quite due yet they will let you know when you can refill. Hands down the best Pharmacy I have ever been to and used.

40+ years dealing with pharmacies usually Walmart and Walgreens, and being a pharmacy technician myself this is absolutely the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. How they stay in business is beyond me. Probably because you only have 3 pharmacies to choose from in Geneva!!!!!!! They don’t even deserve a one star. Terrible service!!!!!

UPDATE: I received a call for the review I posted. Honestly I wasn't expecting that. She asked what had happened. I explained why I was so upset. I felt like she really listened and will check into the issue and because of that I am changing me review. Thank you for understanding my frustration it means alot.

Remember to check your bag for all your medications because they will not tell you if they don't put something in there. Make sure you ask them to check the back also because they won't do that to check and see if your medication has come in. Make sure they know how to do their job because their competence level is minimal.

Family oriented down home pharmacy. Always have had excellent service here and we really love the efficiency with which they operate.
Have now stopped taking Tri-care, but I’ll always use them as much as we can.
