Just close your doors! Disgusting people who work here. My 80 year old mother has been a part of this practice for many years. She needed her meds that keep her ALIVE but no appointment available to see anyone who can refill her meds? Doesn't make any sense. The pharmacy won't fill it without doc approval, which i understand. The lady at the front desk laughed at her and told her that is how they do it there. When my mother asked to just get enough until her app which isnt for 3 weeks out, she was told I can try but don't count on it. My mother proceeded to say I could die without these meds and she just shook her head. Then laugh at her to her face while they continue to laugh at her as she walks out the door. My mom is 80 but she still very aware. To top it off, my mom was calling for weeks and no one called or returned their call or the pharmacist. You should be ashamed of yourself for such behavior.

Heath care field isnt for everyone. Its evident that the office ladies here have no communication skills. Front desk job is not for you. Read the reviews! The Docs here need to clean house! Hire new people who want to work and care for the patients there. Consider a new career! I hope no one you love ever has this issue.

This is the most poorly managed medical group I have even encountered. I was a long time patient of this practice and the care has just gotten worse and worse. Doctors and NP’s don’t reply to secure messages, and phone calls don’t get returned. Currently dealing with medical bills because this practice can’t respond to me or my insurance company. Save yourself the headache and find a different PCP.

I left that practice , im done with the no call backs Or takes them days to get back at you, been like that for years!
It's too bad, dr maxwell was great! But I love my new Dr and front staff!

One front receptionist is so difficult it stands in the way of everything that needs to get done. They've violated my patient rights. Interference with care, meds, referrals etc., which lends to a lack of continuity of care. A care manager I have for home care called for my pcp, (who had since left her employment there), the problem receptionist said " That doctor is no longer here" and then just hung up on her. How about "That doctor has left the practice but if you tell me why you're calling I can put a message through to the proper physician and take care of the matter." No. There are so many things I could add, but don't have the time. Because I am going to spend said time filing a formal complaint.

Where do I start. I needed a PCP and I was referred here by a family member. It doesn’t seem to be the same place she was talking about (she said she had great care, great staff, etc). WRONG. The front desk is absolutely so rude. When you approach the front desk they act like YOU are bothering them by checking in to an appointment. Isn’t this your job? They are always yapping very loudly. I’m not complaining about that, it’s great to talk to friends at work about your life! But when it comes to making fun of patients and just being flat out rude, the line is crossed. I overheard a lady at the desk (young lady) on the phone with a concerned patient (having cardiac issues, since she announced it out loud). She slammed the phone down (after telling the patient to hold) and made fun of them for not going to the ER. She also made a comment how their first language wasn’t English. Some people (patients) don’t understand when stuff is an emergency, what to do in certain situations, even though some would think it would be common sense. I also was NEVER notified my PCP left. I called the make an appointment and they laughed and said she left. I got nothing in the mail, nothing on the portal, nothing. I also called for a referral and never got it. The doctor I was going to (who I needed for the referral) called me to let me know they never received it. I called Global Care a month before the appointment for the referral and got told they would send it over right away. So I called (after the specialist office notified me of no referral) and it took 2 seconds to do. Why was it pushed off? Lazy? Last time I was in there a young lady was sighing SO loud when the phone would ring and she said ‘I’m not in the mood for this at all today’. Hello There are people in the waiting room hearing you say this. It’s impossible to get a hold of the front desk as well, they let the phone ring when talking.
The front desk is 99% of the problem here at Global Care. The doctors are great, but I can’t get over the front desk to go back there as a patient. Thank you to one lady (I believe she was young names Morgan) for being the best receptionist there. I hope you continue to treat patients with kindness and respect.

If I could give them 0 starts I would. My mom went there for a medication she has been on for over 10 years and I was on the phone listening to the nurse practitioner JASON MARCHI and let me tell you. The fact that he said he is not dealing with her and that he would not be prescribing her medication for her anxiety is sickening. He had no empathy to the situation and just walked out and slammed the door. If you want to go to this facility I wouldn't even bother because it's a bunch of uneducated people that work there. I would be embarrassed to have my name even associated with them. JASON MARCHI is only there for a paycheck and I will continue writing reviews everyday until he is gone from there. This is only one of the incidents she has had with him. My mother was in tears because of how rude this provider is. He is a disgrace to the health care world.

I normally don’t review, but perhaps this will help a potentially good service regain their credit.

All the doctors are great. The only employees that need their work ethics checked is the front office.
I sat there and all I here is the new guys asking for a response from the seasoned staff and this is what he got, “too bad, that’s their problem!” “They have to figure it out!” And the poor guy who was trying to be professional turns around and said, “wait what?!” Laughing nervously.
Your place depends on clients to stay afloat. The more bad reviews, the less clients you get. Fix their habits PLEASE!

Sad and disgusting to see healthcare “professionals” treating patients this way. Screaming in their faces, refusing care, and blatantly lying! I’m not sure how they are still able to practice medicine. Not one staff member is kind or helpful the office manager Liz is absolutely heartless, she has no respect for her staff or the patients. After she clapped and screamed in patient’s face there is no reason to even want to be seen in this office. If you know how they treat patients verbally you know you will not get the best care medically. It’s scary how awful this practice is.
