I am very disappointed with Dominique and Global Medical. I ordered an operating room table that was found to have an oil leak. Dominique said he would take it away and replace it. There has been zero followup and now no one answers my calls. This also happened with an exam chair I previously bought from them. Very disappointed and would not recommend purchasing anything from them.

I ordered a $5000 medical table last February. They did not include the foot pedal with it which I had paid extra for. They finally sent it more than a month later (and multiple emails) but by then we were shut down due to the pandemic. When we reopened and I plugged it in, it turned out the plug was broken and the foot pedal would not operate correctly. It was difficult to get them to finally send the plug but after months and many phone calls and emails I did receive it. I am editing my review from one star to three stars to reflect that. I do appreciate that they eventually sent the piece but I am disappointed that it was broken to begin with and it took so much effort to get the part (still have to get someone to install it)

Not a good place to do business if your a doctor that's for sure especially if u actually plan on using the devices on real people go to location and check for yourself !! Yikes
