PSA! ?

Waited 3 Weeks for Global Medical Solutions (O'Fallon) to order a hand brace to stabilize my Thumb, Wrist, and Hand..

Went in 3 weeks ago, They did not measure or anything. Kept saying they would order it.. Finally came in today
I go in to pick up my brace today, they were rude and the thing does not fit, they say sorry and send me on my way!!

I AM SO UPSET!! ?

What do I do now

Paperwork was sent a month ago for something my grandson desperately needs, and they STILL have not sent the paperwork to his insurance and now when I call the phone rings off the hook, called for over an hour on my lunch break and NOTHING!!! The corporate number on google is NO GOOD!! Very disappointed and sorry for my grandson, maybe since I can’t reach ANYONE they will respond here!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My experience was absolutely wonderful from start to finish! I spoke with the lovely Cynthia over the phone concerning my need for a seated walker. I love it when you can tell a person is smiling while assisting over the phone. She went over a few options with me that my insurance would cover and I opted to come to the store rather than a delivery and setup. Glad I did because what I would’ve ordered wouldn’t have worked for me. Just as polite and patient in person as she was over the phone. We ran into a bit of an issue with my needs and she alerted the owner who within minutes, delightfully resolved my issue. No hassle, no fuss! Mr Rakesh walked up, listened to Cynthia explain the situation and he immediately resolved it. He has the sweetest, most humble disposition.
