I see Pedro every month, and he is always so understanding, and he works with me to give me the best care possible. I also work with Nancy for any concerns or anything out of the ordinary. She is great, and she always gets right back to me. I highly recommend them .

Pedro Salcedo and Nancy are a great team. Nancy is very professional from she checks you in until she does your vitals. Dr. Pedro Salcedo takes over by asking questions to make sure the proper care is provided. He is very professional and cares about his patients. Together they make a great team. I had an appointment on 1/13. My first visit to this facility. I received an email confirmation. But when I arrived. I was told they have no record of an appointment for me. They finally figured it out. I was seen for less than 10 minutes by a Dr Sina. He was very dismissive. And didn’t communicate with me. It was like my pain didn’t matter.

I am very very comfortable there! Jenna is sweet and awesome 👏! Dr. Chantal Rusz is a lifesaver! She is helping to bring me out of my depression and anxiety slowly! I was told that I would not be able to walk or do any activities really. After seeing Dr Malik and Dr Pedro not only was I able to walk, play sports etc. They have help me avoid surgery which I was told I would need immediately bye another doctor Thank God for them and their second opinion

Today I saw a psychiatrist for the first time in my life Dr. Felicia, she was the most amazing person that I've ever met in a medical practice a doctor at that who has the compassion, empathy, listen to me, gave me suggestions recommendations I felt heard for the first time in my life with a medical doctor. I would recommend her highly to anyone. I will be taking my 90 year old mother to see her and I will be sticking with her to the end of my time. Billing Specialist, Kristen Saari, has been an absolute godsend for me! She has been working closely with me to help get my referral corrected at my PCP's office, which has been no easy task. Her professional, yet kind and friendly communications have kept me afloat throughout this process.

My frustration level (at my PCP's office) would have been off the charts without her, and nothing would have ever gotten done without her constant attention to my situation! I am just thoroughly grateful to have had someone like Kristen on my side, working to ensure that my total patient experience was a truly positive one.
