I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with Goldcoast customer service. When I reached out for assistance, it feels like they prioritize finding ways to deny support rather than helping their members.

I’ve faced lack of clear communication, and an overall dismissive attitude toward my needs. It’s disheartening to feel discriminated against simply because of the type of insurance I have.

I hope this company takes member concerns more seriously and reevaluates how they provide customer service and handle claims. People rely on their insurance in times of need, and being met with roadblocks instead of solutions is unacceptable.”

This has to be probably the 2nd time in my 52 years that I’ve given anyone a five star in the medical field. Gold Coast health customer service is incredible. Never have I been served with so much attention care and genuine Caring about a patient. Mirna absolutely phenomenal, Brenda and the list goes on. Tom Vargas thank you for having such an incredible staff that exemplifies Customer Service especially in the medical field.

I have had the same invisalign tray in for over 2 months. this location has done nothing for my teeth; i was suppose to get attachments for my invisalign and the "doctor" said it wasn't necessary. and now i sit here waiting for my refinements because my teeth weren't aligned properly (surprise surprise). their technology is also not very advanced, we had to do mold impressions.. most places have machines to do this.
anyways... i had an appointment today and was told they wouldn't arrive until later that week and now my appointment isn't for another 2 weeks. and when i asked if i could just pick them up; they declined talking about i need attachments they never even put attachments in the first place, now they care? I have had the same tray for 2 months because their ortho is only here on MONDAYS. I work a night shift and it's highly inconvenient to be coming to an appointment where they look at my teeth for 1 second and call it a day. they couldn't even have the decency to call and let me know the aligners haven't showed up. but you know, can make a bunch of false appointments for you without your permission.

DO NOT COME HERE.

worst customer service, I was trying to spell my name instead of appreciating the effort of acting professional and giving out information the agent kept interrupting me, didn't provide her name and just hung up on the call very rude.

Never have I been treated with such disrespect and lied to so many times. I've had to call them and I've been hung up on mid sentence, one told me he was going to lunch and to call back and get in line again. When asked to speak with manager there is never one avail and today the person had no way to conneçt me or request someone call me back. Someone should really shut this place down!

Fight for what you need. Take names and notes of phone calls. Know your rights. There are people within Gold Coast willing to help.

Just got off the phone with someone called Samantha. Wasn't helpful at all. Called to verify a few things concerning details on their website and she just hung up on me. The one star is just for what I saw on their website. Looks good. I'll probably try another route of contacting them to seek help that my Mom desperately needs. Thanks Samantha!!

Gold Coast has a monopoly over the health care system in Ventura County. Anyone with Medicaid or Medicare is forced to see only the sub-par and negligent doctors employed by them.
