The front office and assistant staff were great and very helpful. The dentist was a jerk, who had no time for my nervousness or even the fact that the pliers he was using for the extraction were crushing my bottom lip. It was quite painful. When he finished he patted me on the shoulder and said “next time, go to Fresno” - which first of all, is stupid cause Modesto was right next door. But also unprofessional, condescending, and totally devoid of any kind of human empathy.
