I was switched to Dr Chen for my primary care physician, and I am not disappointed. His staff is very pleasant, especially Alice, the office manager. He was very thorough on my first visit and took time inquiring about my health and well being.

Update: 5/24/24

Just had another wonderful visit with the good people at Goldome Health at their new office in Pomona on Temple. A nice upgrade as the new office is very clean, well lit, a good temperature, and comfortable as well. Also accessible because it is near the 10, 60, & 57 freeways.

I was helped on the phone and in person by Neil who has been there for a long time and who has always provided knowledgeable and compassionate service for all of my time there. He is a friendly and great individual and a real asset to Goldome Health staff.

I saw Dr. Chen in person this time for a physical and I was very happy. He is very smart and knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. Gave me labs to go to and check ups to follow up on and I felt I was well taken care of with all of my concerns addressed. Very thankful.

I missed Lisa Huang today, but I might see her next time. She is wonderful as well and another caring medical professional.

Meagan did intake today and was very thorough and asked me all the questions they needed to know and what concerns we needed to address with the doctor.

So with this most recent visit, I was again left very impressed with the high level of quality and care at Goldome Health. I couldn't ask for a better doctor and staff to keep me healthy and have peace of mind. Thank you, Dr. Chen and Goldome Health for being there for me!

Dr. Chen has been my PCP for many years now. Always knowledgeable and friendly. Very efficient. I have gone to this office and I love the staff there. They are all amazing. 👏 They always answer my questions thoroughly and they are hard workers. Thank you to all the staff! Also, I have seen Lisa Huang in person and with video conference and each time it has been an amazing experience. I couldn't ask for a better provider. She really cares about the health and well being of all her patients. It really shows in her work and interactions.

Clean office, great staff, smart doctors, amazing Nurse Practitioners. I truly appreciate Goldome Health and am grateful 🙏.

Don't bother coming here. Since day 1 it was horrible.

1) asked for paperwork for routine blood work. They don't know the difference between HMO and PPO. They gave me the wrong paperwork. I had to drive to the office again to pick up the correct paperwork.

2) Dr. Chen very hard to schedule appointment with. You have better luck scheduling the hardest fine dining restaurant in the world than scheduling an in person appointment with Dr. Chen. Took me 6 months to finally meet him. The staff keep sending me to their nurse pracitioner whose not even knowledgeable of my issues.

3) Finally got to meet Dr. Chen. He's nice but he seems to be in a hurry on our 1st and only meeting. I have so many questions, and he answers them, but at the same time, his hand is already on the door knob like he can't wait to get out of there.

4) and finally, the nurses forget that you are still in the room to check you out. I waited 30 minutes and nobody came to get me. I was already late to work. They didn't know until I had to exit the room and ask for help.

I don't know what kind of medical office this is.
They can't even take care of their own patient.
They are in the wrong industry.
Save yourself the trouble and find elsewhere.
They have horrible reviews on Google and Yelp

I would like to give 0 stars if I could. The front desk at this doctor's office is very bad. The same thing needs to be seen over and over again. Patients need to pay for the same thing over and over again because of the negligence of the front desk staff. Even though I have insurance cover, this is no different than a scam. A very simple matter. 8 months and no resolution. Really don't want to go back to this clinic.

This place was so awful that my roommate bothered me from 5,996 miles away to notify the world how terrible of an establishment this is. The service was somehow slower and ruder than ever and wasted her precious precious time. Shame on you Goldome

so slow, they make you wait so long after you come in, way past your appointment so make sure you block out half your day if you want to get something as simple as a physical or blood test work done

Be aware of this clinic, their customer service is the worst , average on hold time is 15 to 20 minutes. I am done with them.
