They do not pick up the phone, when you get there you wait in line at LEAST 45 mins, when it is your time to pick up they will tell you, “20 more mins.” This place has gone down hill extremely fast, workflow is terrible and it seems like just to fill and dispense one medication for a customer it takes them 1 Hr. You definitely want to avoid this pharmacy at all costs.

I called them needing a shower-camode for an elderly person—after Anthony checked their stock, he conveyed that they did indeed have one on hand. I shared that I would not be able to reach the store until 7:05 and they close at 7:00. He indicated they would let me and my husband in to make the purchase. When we arrived, the entire staff was friendly and helpful. 5 stars for service, sincerity, and smiles!!!

I appreciate the delivery driver and some of the ladies in the office but there's been way too many times since I've been using this pharmacy where only one out of two of my Rx is filled. I need to take both of them together otherwise I'll be sick. I called today and the lady told me there's nothing she can do since they don't deliver to my area until Thursday. She also blamed me that I didn't make sure both of my Rx was filled.

I LOVE these People. Especially, "THE ADVENGERS." The Veterans there, the BIG 3. Mr. Bob, Mr. Fred, and Mrs. Kathy. Have been Taking Good care of me For years. Whether it's my monthly prescriptions or giving me vitiman or herpe cream advice. Lol just kidding on the herpe cream. But They are Always on time and on point. I'm GREATFUL for for their services and hospitality. Go Goodales!! Thanks TEAM. ❤️🏆

Been going to this pharmacy ever since i was a kid. One of the best pharmacies around,and the pharmacists are very helpful,and i always trust family owned businesses than. This place has always been good to my family,and i'll continue going here if i ever need my prescriptions refilled.

I have been to Goodale about 5 to 6x. Yes the staff are very polite and pleasant. They handle themselves professionally, yet they have made a few mistakes with my medications and their availability to me. Also I have experienced the longer wait then originally told as I called in my prescription and waited out the time they told me and still after driving 10 mins there had to wait almost 15 mins and that had occurred a couple of times. I give then 4 states cause they are very pleasant and appear to have a large workload to deal with andi believe they do a sufficient job at dealing with each customer respectfully and in a timely manner considering the volume of customers. Thank you to all the good people at Goodale.

Straightforward service-- helpful staff, delivery is on point-- if there has ever been an issue with a medication of mine, they've always done their best to help rectify it promptly. My wife and I are more than happy with them.
