I had my first video call and it was a wonderful experience. The office team made sure I had everything taken care of prior to the call. A few months ago I stopped at the Murrieta Urgent Care and was seen by Traci Dyer after speaking with her about my concerns I immediately knew she had my best interest and wanted to truly figure out my diagnosis. After going into detail she was able to figure it out and get me the care I needed. I felt so seen that I asked if she was taking new patients as I was looking for a PCP being new to town to which I landed here. I had an appointment this last week establishing new car. She walked through my past current and future goals. She was able to get me multiple referrals as well. I plan to stick with her/ Grace health as long as I am here. I would recommend. The rest of the staff was kind as well. Kris had taken my vitals and was a great listener and made me feel less stressed about everything given it’s been a few years since I’ve been to the doctor. Wonderful staff!

I usually visit the Murrieta location close to my house, but since my primary care doctor wasn’t available until late February, I scheduled an appointment at their other location 9 miles away (Menifee off Haun Rd). I met Dr. Traci Dyer, and it was such a refreshing experience!

Dr. Dyer genuinely cares about her patients. She took the time to ask thorough questions and carefully reviewed everything in my records. Her attentiveness and compassion truly stood out to me, and I left the building smiling because the entire experience was genuinely a great one.

If you’re looking for a doctor who listens and takes your concerns seriously, I highly recommend Dr. Dyer.

First time patient that transferred over and I got to say Dr Grace and her staff are super friendly and very helpful. There’s a difference between going to the doctor and hoping they listen to you and then there’s Dr Grace and her office that actually listen to you issues and do something about it. She did more in my first visit than my previous Dr has in years. Glad I switched over to her office as my primary care.

I so far am very pleased. I had an appointment with Dr. O'Neil, and she was very pleasant and thorough with ordering the test we need to figure out what's going on. I'm feeling a bit better about going to the doctor again.
