Don't have Dr. Lim as your primary Doctor. She is not friendly no sort of customer service. My appointment was at 10am I got here at 10:04am and she refused to see my child. No explanation. It took her longer to walk to the front and she refused to see my child. Did not even acknowledge me no Hi or nothing. I told her that there should be a grace period and she told me that I can speak to the manager. The manager came and said that the grace period is one minute! Not even Kaiser sends patients away their grace period is 15 minutes and even if you are more late they take you in. The Dr is getting paid with patients or not so she obviously does not want to work. We have to sit in the waiting room for longer to be seen.

I’ve only had 1 visit here, and maybe it was because it was the 2nd day of year and quiet over there, but I was very pleasantly surprised with my visit. Staff was nice, Doctor was thorough.

I was a little concerned with the low rating, but for me, at least so far, this place is good. I’ll update if anything changes, but def worthy of adding a good review.

I went to QueensCare Health Center to go and try to get my school physical and the front people at the desk told me I couldn’t do my school physical because there was less then 5 days to do my original physical check up. The crazy part was that my physical was next month and the front desk workers didn’t even bring the real doctor and just brought the person that does the weight, blood, and pulse exam. I might not even be able to go to my games because of them till I actually get my physical done. I am extremely upset and not happy at this clinic. I wasted 1 hour of my life waiting in traffic just to be told that I can’t even get my questions down on the physical and my weight, blood, and pulse check. I do not recommend this place as the people in the front desk sounded lazy to even get the real doctor/ pediatrician and just asked the person that calls out for the people.

Amazing clinic they used to be located on Bimini and then moved. They’ve always treated me amazing and are very loving. Same workers from before and some new ones as well but just amazing. They have a waiting room for babies which is even better if you have kids!!! Definitely recommend. I haven’t had any bad experiences with them over the years

Unprofessional and did not do there job.i come in see the doc he tells me I may have a fracture and says here's some med and to see orthopedics and runs out. Later a nurse comes in a tells me here are my papers a runs out. I see the papers are wrong and I return to get my papers returned. I get my papers and when I ask how long I would wait for orthopedics I am told that orthopedics may take a week or more to answer. I told them can I get it sooner and they were they just said you should have asked ( remember these guys ran out of room I didn't have time to ask). These guys did nothing for me. They just told told me hey bone may be broken wait a few weeks. Ask if we're something I could just sleep off.

terrible job, they pick up the phones and then they hang up when you ask them questions, and we have to line up to pay for their services? definitely reporting this place to multiple agencies and possibly law firms protecting consumers.

Don't go here unless you have an hour to wait on hold every single time you need to call for an appointment, general question, or lab results. They never answer the phone!
