I had my first appointment there. The Doctor was wonderful. We discussed me trying contacts and she ordered them. That’s when it went south fast. My contacts came in and they called to let me know I needed to come in for their class on how to put them in. They offer one class in Grafton one time a week at 6:30am. I explained I am a nurse and work in West Bend. My hours are 6:30 to 3pm. After multiple calls, they still have not tried to accommodate me. I’m very disappointed and will not return to this clinic. It is extremely unprofessional I feel.

I saw decent reviews so I had an appt in November, then spent over $600 in glasses. I asked for my PD in January so I could purchase a cheap pair of glasses from a 3rd party as a backup pair. They flat out refused to give it to me until I pushed back. Then said I would have to come into the office to fill out a form and pay $50 to get the measurement between my pupils, a statistic about my own body and certainly not proprietary information. What a racket. I will not be returning and do not recommend this unethical practice.

The office is clean and welcoming, and everyone is friendly and efficient. They make my visit pleasant and stress-free. When I visited Grafton Family Eye Care I was greeted with a smile and helped right away. The doctor that performed my exam was very friendly and knowledgeable. I take my family here to see Dr. Alvarez and she is great with them.
The staff also took time to show me a variety of frames and walked me through the lens options. I went with the Wiley X model for prescription sunglasses when I ride my motorcycle.

Excellent service. Treated well from the minute I stepped in the door. Dr Alvarez is very personable & gave lots of info during the exam & Kathy made good recommendations on frames & followed up on their progress. I would definately recommend them. We were Dr Freed’s patients before his retirement & we’re glad to see our fav receptionist is still at the front desk and happy to feel we are still in good hands!

We had a bit of an emergency. This clinic was able to get us in right away. Every staff member was lovely to work with, from front desk, insurance taker on the phone, technician, and Dr Alvarez. I highly recommend this team. Friendly, thorough, kind, thoughtful, compassionate, understanding. I am very happy that we put our trust in this dedicated and caring team.

I took my little girls here (both less than 4 years). Dr Alvarez was amazing with them. She was so nice and was so skilled with little kids. Coming in, I thought it would be a short exam since there wouldn’t be much you could do with little kids. But Dr Alvarez dilated both of them and was able to do a full exam.
