Absolutely love this Vet & how wonderful they have treated my baby (?). Sometimes there's a little wait, but for good care, that's key. I want to thank everyone that has made the health of my baby, #1. God bless. ?

If I could give this place zero Stars I would I have to give one star so I can make a review...I have never been into a place that's That's so unprofessional. It's unreal. They claim to care about animals. They are a lie. and the little man that sits behind the desk says. Oh yes, we're walkins. You don't need an appointment, just bring your dog in so I left North Mobile which is 40 mi away to Grand Bay to get this dog seen about. As soon as I got there the little man behind the desk told me. Sorry we can't see him. The doctor won't see him. And I said okay. I just drove North of Mobile out here and you told me that y'all were walk-ins and I didn't have to wait. He said I'm sorry ma'am. I said my dog needs help. I'm sorry but we just can't see you. Rude... I have never been to a place that they talk to people as rude as they did. Nobody's there. They're not waiting on anyone. The doctor wouldn't even come out and speak to me. I even asked the little man behind the desk that answers the phones. Can I please speak with the doctor? Can I get some antibiotics? He told me no and rolled his eyes. Do not take y'all's animals there if you love them!!!!

Update: I found a vet that could see him the next day on cottage hill. He died! If he would have been seen sooner he could of been helped. Please don't take your animals to grandbay for help!!!

Love love love this vet and his staff.. All were wonderful and handled a semi feral cat with nothing but love.. cat would not relax with no one, but immediately fell in love with the vet tech ❤️❤️

I brought my dog that was choking they said they couldn’t do any thing told me have a seat and wait ? Took her to pet doctor in Theodore. They took her in like a real emergency. It was a zip tie caught on her jaw tooth that was going down her throat about 3 inches

If you love animals DO NOT take your animal to Grand Bay Animal clinic in Grand Bay Alabama. I went to them to euthanize a very sick dog( liver and kidney failure). First of all they don't make appointments. Was told to just come in at 2. Luckily, ( I thought)we made the cut off of 6 pets. While waiting we spoke to a gentleman and he went there at 9:30 and was told to come back at 2. He thought his dog had a broken leg.
Another lady came in with blood on her shirt. All she wanted was for a confirmation that her beautiful pup was indeed dead. She said they treated him after her dog was attacked by other dogs. Lots of bite mark. He bled out on her car. She was told No. They weren't taking any more appointments. She then asked if she could just use a stethoscope herself. Answer was no. They then checked with vet and they said they could but it would a long while. I guess they were going to make her wait till everyone else was seen. They never did the check. I went out with her. The dog was obviously gone having died on the trip there.
NOW ON TO OUR STORY. We we were the last of the 6 patients. After waiting, we were told to take our precious baby around to the back of the building where we were told we weren't allowed to go with her when they euthanized her. IT IS THEIR POLICY! By then it was to late to go anywhere else. Our baby was suffering so we let their tech, who was very sweet, and the only person that showed ANY compassion,take and r eturned her to us. We never once spoke or saw the Doctor.
I have NEVER WITNESSED such a lack of empathy, care, concern for both pet and parent. The last gift we could have given our baby was taken from her an us.
This veterinarian needs to quit practicing because he obviously doesn't care about anything but money.

Great vet. First come first serve basis. I waited maybe 15-30 minutes but it went by fast with a few people ahead of us. We saw the vet and he listened to my concerns and quickly addressed them after looking at my dog. I left with very reasably priced medication and the office visit charge was reasonable as well. I will definitely be back.

Had a very good visit, the Doctor has a lot of experience with all types of animals. I have been a customer in the past with two of my dogs, nothing but good to say. This visit was for my daughter's dog, and my cat. They have a very friendly staff that are willing to work with you.

Took my dog for her last two shots and was turned around saying we are booked he was rude about it was at 845 this morning so now I have to wait a week they are always so rude there
