From ZERO to HERO🏅 these guys saved my life!

In July of 2023 I started training for my very first Spartan Race. I chose to do the 21K Beast (13 miles and 30+ obstacles). I had never done anything like this before.

The race was set for September 2024, so I had just over a year to work towards it.

In April 2024 I broke my ankle while out playing paintball in the woods. Not only was I bummed because I figured I’d never get the chance to do the Spartan Race, but I also run a painting company with my dad and we had an entire lineup of houses to paint.

I had surgery and almost immediately went right to Physical Therapy. I HAD to heal fast!!!

Working with Alex and Jeff was the best medical experience I’ve ever had in my life. Not only did they support my goal to finish the Spartan Race, but pushed me towards its and continuously checked in.

September came around and I was still having my doubts. But, I did it anyways. Long story short, I finished the race, got my medal, and came back to celebrate.

I couldn’t have asked for a better support system! Without Grand Mound Physical Therapy I would have never had the confidence to do what I did. They went above and beyond consistently, and I cannot begin to express my gratitude to them.

Alex & Jeff, you guys are amazing at what you do. Thank you for all you did for me. Here’s to the next race!

I am extremely pleased with the entire staff at Ground Mound PT. Beth has taken great care making sure I all signed in and prepared for my appointment. Alex was very detailed in determining my personal therapy needs. I have worked with Chloe and Mesa to ensure my therapy plan is executed properly.
