This place is TERRIBLE. Disappointed that my dermatologist recommended this place. 3 weeks of trying to get 2 prescriptions refilled. So many phone calls and texts, every representative gives me a different story. They stopped even responding until I had the dermatologist call them directly. They don't return phone calls. Even with the dermatologist intervening I still have not received the prescriptions that were requested 3 weeks ago, despite being told by 3 different reps that they would be arriving on 3 different dates.

Absolutely rude, unethical, and unprofessional staff! I asked them to transfer my prescription to my pharmacy after they failed to deliver it on time, and they spun this ridiculous story about how they “couldn’t cancel it” because the driver supposedly had it. Meanwhile, I desperately needed my medication. First, they had the audacity to gaslight me, claiming it was somehow my fault that they couldn’t deliver. Then, when I insisted on a transfer, they conveniently said it would take 1-2 days because the driver might come back today, or maybe tomorrow — the rude girl on the phone literally said, “We don’t know.”

Meanwhile, I’m sitting there with a rash all over my body, waiting for meds. But here’s the kicker: as soon as I demanded to speak to a manager, suddenly they magically figured out how to transfer it. Problem solved, right? Wrong. My pharmacy calls me to say these clowns already billed my insurance for the original prescription and only transferred the refills! Sounds like a shady scam to pocket my insurance money, assuming I wouldn’t notice.

After wasting more time and pain, I had to call them again, and a different person finally canceled the fraudulent charge. The whole nightmare took an entire day while I was in misery. Bottom line: they’ve got rude, incompetent staff who think they can pull scams and bill your insurance for meds you never even receive. Completely shady and untrustworthy!

I've been getting my meds here for a better part of 6 months. The customer service has been great recently, phone calls been answered now and always a pleasant to hear the same voice, always there helping, Jackie has been a god sent for always answering my annoying questions
