I had Total knee replacement on left knee on March 23, 2025.
I did not expect the recovery from knee surgery would be harder than hip replacements 4 years ago, but I was totally wrong. The entire recovery process is much harder and longer, but my in-house PT Amber encouraged me with confidence.
She always listened to me first how my condition was and how I practiced the assigned movements. She then quickly adjusted the day’s practice based on my condition and progress.
She gave me the target movements not too easy but challenging enough.
It was not that hard to reach 0/117 degree on the last day of the therapy, exactly 3 weeks from the surgery because of that.
I appreciate and encouraged by Amber’s calm, positive attitude with gentle smile!

The in-home therapist were extremely supportive and helpful. Each session was scheduled in advance and every physical therapist was on time for our appointment. Brian was my physical therapist and he was very helpful in making sure that I was comfortable with how my exercises were being performed and encouraged me to continue with my exercises multiple times each day. I would recommend GrandCare Health Services to anyone looking for assistance with recovery after surgery. They do an excellent job.

I've had my share of orthopedic surgeries but with a total hip replacement, my surgeon ordered home PT which I've never had. I tend to be an 'over acheiver' as an athlete all of my life, but I was very impressed with my therapist, Kevin. He assessed that I'd been walking a little too much & suggested I slow it down a bit since I hadn't been able to tolerate the pain meds. He was very encouraging & motivating, providing realistic goals. I'm not one to follow through with PT but because of him, and the fact I have an excellent PT clinic in my office building, thus limiting my time away from work, I've been able to continue & feel like I'm doing great. I'm so grateful to Kevin & GrandCare for getting me going in the right direction. I would highly recommend GrandCare for anyone needing in home therapy after surgery! Fantastic!

My mom had two knee replacement surgeries within 6 weeks of each other and thanks to grandcare her home recovery was fully supportive in that. Jonathan her PT was exceptional he encouraged my mother and helped her gain back her mobility faster than we could have anticipated. Highly recommended their services. Booking with easy and calling them with questions was a breeze. Everyone we encountered was top notch and had great positive attitudes. Thank you Jonathan and grandcare ❤️

I had a great experience with the team at Grand Care after my recent back surgery. In the few weeks that I was under their care, I was seen by two nurses (Ulysses & Ryan) and one physical therapist (Daniel). They were all very friendly, professional & accommodating to adjust to my schedule. As someone who has had multiple surgeries before & dealt with many different home health companies, I would highly recommend Grand Care.

Michelle W. was professional, kind and caring introduction to GrandCare Health in home PT. I now know why using a walker, even if I didn't need it was important at least for the first few days to help keep swelling down. Oops. By the time Michelle arrived that day after my surgery I had been having way too much fun walking around without support.
Dino H. was encouraging during my pouty, "I just wanna run already" sessions. He did a spectacular job guiding me through getting in and out of my very unfriendly to "differently abled people" bathroom. He helped me figure out how in order to get into the tub "safely" without doing any "unsafe" for my new hip moves was a process, with two step stools etc.

The level of care I received from the physical therapists and nurses afterward my hip replacement was beyond phenomenal. They were excellent at communicating, were professional, knowledgeable and thorough with my after care instructions. I enjoyed each of their personalities and dedication to the patients, me being one of them. So grateful to have been under there care.
I highly recommend their services.

My physical therapist was great!! Very knowledgeable. She was kind, patient. Could answer all my questions. I've been to physical therapy before but she by far was the best therapist I've ever had. I think her name was Lety if I remember correctly.
