Horrible. When they did show up, the different nurses had my mother's meds all out of sorts. They accused my father of stealing her meds when the previous nurse had hid them. They called APS, with false claims, and CPS with unsubstantiated claims. Provided none of the services they were needed for and then refused to co.e back and now we have no way to care for my dying mother except for ourselves.

Wonderful, compassionate and caring staff that are available 24 hours a day. They respond promptly when they are needed. They take such great care of their patients and treat them like they would treat their own family with dignity and comfort. They provide excellent care to the terminally ill and also provide comfort and support to the patients families. Would highly recommend this agency.

When my Grandfather was diagnosed with terminal cancer Grant Memorial Hospice supported him and our family. The nurses were always able to answer our questions and concerns. It was a difficult and scary time. They provided us the comfort, compassion, and support we needed to not only care for him at home where he was born and raised.Also make sure he was comfortable to gain the most of his remaining time with us. The on call nurse was very responsive as well as the other staff whenever we needed anything even in the middle of the night. It was peace of mind we needed to be able to provide and enjoy time with him . The whole staff from the nurses to the office staff are kind, caring, and knowledgeable.

Great care and reasonable pricing. However, their billing department promised to call me back on four occasions and never did. There seems to be a culture of deferring responsibility in billing.
