Nightmare. Zero communication in advance. Looks like a dirty urgent care inside. Unfriendly receptionist, and kind of unprofessional to be honest. New patient paperwork had stains all over it like something had been spilled on it. I ended up walking out and finding a different doctor. Much better options just down the street

Scheduling an appointment has been a nightmare. They either don't call you back or tell you if you miss their call you don't get a doctors appointment. It's just ridiculous. The lady on the phone told me today their system has been down for 2 months due to a security breach. How are they even open? They seem inefficient at best. I think I'm going to find myself a new primary, that actually sees patients in a timely fashion.

My doctors awesome but there administrators are extremely disorganized and rude and never do anything right the first time. You have to constantly call to get stuff done and even then they make a mistake due lack of communication. If my doctor wasn’t good I would have switched a while ago. Ever since they switched to palomar health this place has gone down hill with no sign of returning to its better days

This is a terrible clinic！
In February, I made an appointment with Dr.Gosalia for the May 10 clinic, and today when I arrived at Gaybill, the front desk said that there was no record and said in a nonchalant manner that the doctor Gosalia never show on Friday.
Then no apologize
no suggestions
no anrregement.
That's all.

I have seen Dr. Nupur Gosalia for about 15 years and absolutely love her and her caring bedside manner. She is very progressive with health care and I trust her fully. Over the years when she was out I have been seen by Dr. Tinio and also P.A. Jennifer. Wow, wonderful care from everyone, they really care about a patient getting better. This last time, post Covid complications, I was helped for the first time by Dr. Luu and again, I am so impressed and grateful for the genuine care and concern and immediate help when I needed it. I am so happy to have Graybill Medical Center and Palomar Health Care under my Sharp Insurance. Thank you all!

This review is solely on the lack of courtesy this office has. I have attempted to reach this office for 7 days now, leaving several messages after waiting 20-30 minutes for someone to pick up and yet I have no return call. I needed an appointment since I was severely sick and they wanted me to drive all the way to Escondido to urgent care. After calling my insurance trying to switch out of this network I was told there was an Oceanside Urgent care. Misinformation, No return calls and appointments are out over a month, do yourself a favor and look for another health care provider.

We've seen Dr. Carpenter a few times and never had issues. Her nurse Jeannie is awesome, see gave my daughter her shots so quick and efficiently that my daughter didn't even cry! They are nice and always willing to talk things out and answer any questions. I only wish the front desk girls were nicer.

The whole staff always have been extremely helpful. My general practitioner in the office always listens and does everything he can to help me. I went in yesterday with less hope than ever about my situation and the doctors on staff took my situation seriously enough to the extent that they just fixed my issue right there in the office (Without having to make multiple appointments to do so).I’ve been a patient there for two years. When I need healthcare they have always been there to care. It’s very clear that these physicians are still in the field to help and care for the sick. I’m more than grateful for them, and I am a difficult patient!
