I had surgery with Dr Paul Droullard on 4/22/25 at core well health hospital at first he was very nice. However, I ended up on the day of surgery afterwards with with a drop foot. I did a follow up with him he never addressed the issue nor explained what happened in the operating room. He was avoiding the topic when I addressed it in front of him he lied to my mom in the area where you sit for the operation. He never mentioned anything happening in my surgery. He said everything went fine to my mom . Apparently it didn't. I we ended up with a drop foot. Plus I woke up to two doctors I didn't even know over top of me addressing the drop foot . Not once did he ever come to hospital. Will not recommend.

This office is driven by $$$$ not patient care. I guess my first clue should have been when they required payment in full prior to surgery. I had several surgeries done by Dr. Drouillard, but this last one, total right hip replacement, disabled me for life. The hip dislocated 4 times from 11/2019 to 5/2020. In June 2020, he did another surgery to put in a constraint liner to keep it from dislocating. I complained for 2 years of pain in the hip, but he just said it was tendonitis or bursitis, and shot me up with steroids every 6 weeks. Once I hit the 2 year mark, he referred me out to U of M, but wouldn't help me get the appointment. Basically, washed his hands of me once we passed the statue of limitations for a malpractice suit. Turns out the hip was infected and the replacement had to be removed. I currently have a spacer in the right hip. My new orthopedic has told me I will never walk unassisted again. Beware!!!

The staff is nice friendly and on their job. They show compassion respect and personal attention. I appreciate, respect and trust my Doctor. It is always pleasant to visit your office.. I would like to give 5 stars ,but I have one concern. There are times when the support staff or interns see the patients, instead of the Doctor my experiences with them
are good. I would like to be told that I will not be seeing the Doctor or given a choice. I would like to be introduced to the person before they come in and tell me they are giving my care, Meeting them at the time they are about to perform the care is a concern for me...The office is a great place to visit and has GREAT service and staff.

I fell and broke my ankle, heel and leg bones away from the ankle. I went to Garden City Hospital via ambulance. I went in for surgery that day. Dr. Lawley did an amazing job! Everything is straight as can be. I’m walking again (with a Velcro brace) just less than 4 months after surgery. And, I have a tattoo around my ankle (one of a kind) Dr. Lawley put it back together and it’s perfect. The staff is excellent and extremely friendly. I would recommend them to everyone. I never waited a long time and always very kind and caring staff.

Dr. Drouillard recently did a revision on my knee replacement. He and the residents were great at easing my anxiety. This was my third time having a replacement and I was very , very scared. They no longer make my original implant so the whole thing was redone. After 6 weeks I am walking on my own and have so much less pain thanks to Dr. Drouillard. Really pleasant staff also from check in to check out!
