My 94 year old dad was fitted for diabetic shoes and insurance paid a large amount. He wore the shoes one week and ended up with an ulcer on both his toe and heal that took months of daily care by a wound specialist to clear up. The nurse at his assisted living facility told me that they do not redo their work even if done badly! But they did bill us for remaining balance. I will be informing the insurance company as well.

Great service. I needed a Crow Walker boot by the end of the year so it would be covered by insurance and they not only promised it would be ready, they delivered. Mike takes his time with you and it's amazing. Highly recommend Great Lakes.

I drove here from fond du lac so that I could get quality service for my orthopedic shoes. My specialist was Andrew and he did not disappoint. As far as I'm concerned he's a real professional and cares about you as a person you're not just a number. I found the office to be well kept well lit comfortable space to get fitted for the shoes. The orthopedic supplier in fond du lac was like stepping into the dark ages compared to this store and the quality of personnel as I said before it was worth making the drive thanks greatly
