Due to a hip replacement, I was shopping for necessary medical equipment to support my recovery. Great Plains Medical had everything I needed, the prices are very fair and affordable and the staff was helpful in answering questions and guiding me. I’ve been back to purchase several other items and I’m impressed with the quality of their products and the kindness of their staff. Excellent place to go if you need medical supplies. This place is amazing! I walked in for socks and accidentally found out they could fix my mom's Nova Joy walker. They are very friendly and helpful. They sell a wide range of medical equipment. Definitely will be returning for future needs.

Was at this store on 8-8-18. The sales clerk ( she said she was the owner) was unbelievably rude. I needed info on an item and she was pushy saying she had an appointment and needed to leave. I took the item to the counter to purchase and asked about return policy. Again was rude. I asked her not to be so rude. She grabbed the item and said "I'm not going to sell this to you". I was completely stunned and left the store.

I have a lift chair by Golden Technologies that screws and back broke on. I contacted Bernie who told me it could not be fixed. Bernie then said if we could find back it would be okay. Not only did Bernie go above and beyond by getting new back for old chair it is a perfect match. Golden Technologies also was above and beyond in their customer service. Both are superb companies , best people and I would use again anytime.
