The very first time I visted the office Dr. Green and her receptionists Rachael made me feel very welcomed and comfortable with her care. After having my third surgery with her there were several complications, run ins, and problems with paperwork not being sent in a timely manner. They are very unprofessional and she addresses her receptionist as a part of her staff when in actuality she is her best friend. She is very misleading.

The Dr I hear is pretty good, but the lady who answers the phone is very rude and unprofessional. I was absolutely shaking after talking on the phone with this woman. She has no business working in a professional environment. She does not care about the patient or anything you have to say if you are having any issue. I will not spend my money here or advise anyone I know to go here.

I've always had good experiences at this office. She has 3 offices.... One in lanett,Al, One in Roanoke,Al and One in Fairburns,Ga, that's why she's only in Lanett on Mondays and Wednesdays. She divides her time between each Practice. Satisfied Customer Here.

I was referred to this place and was dismayed that they only opened for two days of the week on Monday and Wednesday. I called on a day that they were closed (Thursday) and left a message to return my call. That did not happen, but my call was verified by the receptionist/clerk, who was very unprofessional. After not receiving a return call, I called and expressed my disappointment with the availability of service at the Lanett, Alabama location. My exact words were, "I think that it is jacked-up that this business is only open for two days out of the week. Lo and behold, the person taking my call, jumped to the conclusion that I said that the doctor was jacked-up when at NO TIME did I ever say anything disrespectful of the doctor. Instead of going back and forth with a person who insisted on putting words into my mouth, I hung up and found another podiatrist. Bad customer service can ruin business and I am reporting this unprofessional customer service/ behavior to the referring source.

I take care of my MIL who is 88 years of age. My niece noticed the fungus on my MIL's toes and took her to see Dr. Green. She had also taken her father for treatment. She says her Dad's feet are so much better. My MIL's have improved as well. I highly recommend her. She knows what she is doing.

Receptionist was nice ,, I visited on my lunch break and was finished before it was over,, Doctor was really kind and passionate about my concern,,she helped me and I could tell that she was Interested in helping me,, Great doctor with a kind heart ❤️
