I was diagnosed with a kidney stone in July, 2004 at the ER at Cape Cod Hospital and the scan that showed the location. My first procedure by Dr. Kramer could not find the stone it and inserted a stent that he did not tell me about, only that he did not find the stone. 4 days later a subsequent scan showed the stone and the stent that Dr. Kramer did not tell me. He did a second procedure several weeks later and told me he up the stone.

A week later he removed the stent after using a dab of lidocaine on my urethra, waiting five second, extracted the urethra causing great pain. He and his nurse left me bleeding and I waited 10 minutes before a visit from another nurse helped me to find a pad.

I decided to go to the Mainland for further treatment. I have had three other scans at The Beth Israel Hospital in Needham and my discomfort level (November 26, 2024) remains.

Once I got there, I filled out the paperwork, and was called within 5 mins. Dr. Li explained everything in simple terms. He's young but very knowledgeable and comes highly recommended

Very welcoming and accommodating. Had to show up with my 8 month old son because I don’t have Day Care and the whole staff was so helpful. Also made sure I understood everything during appointment. Felt very comfortable with them.

Thrilled with the receptionist and Meagan, MSN,NP-C! Meagan was friendly and professional. She really listened and took time to explain and answer all my questions.
