I see Misty Corbin when she was out of the office I was seeing Dr M.....I didn't feel he listened I wanted misty back so bad. Well my boyfriend still was going to Dr M but I need him switch I don't trust him. He messed up paper work for over a month. My child goes to this office as well and was seeing Dr Itani he is a good Dr. The behavior health is ok. Labs were nice and quick.

The front desk staff is very friendly. The nurse is very slow at returning patient calls. Dr. Mutetwa needs to go back to med school and learn how to have a decent bedside manor as well as his nurse.
I went to th ER last Sunday and then went Monday for a follow up. I told the Dr I wpuld be finding a new Dr. He admitted that he was very afraid to prescribe my migraine medication that I have been taking fir many yrs with never an issue. ( My migraine meds are not pills. ) he said he was scared to continue to prescribe my meda because he was afraid he would lose is license. Which is pretty strange since I've never had a Dr say anything like that before.
He kept pushing me to take antidepressants even thought I am nit depressed. He than prescribed me antidepressants and told me they were anti anxiety pills. So he lied. Doctors should not lie to their patients. That's totally unexeptable. The meds made me very tired during rhe day and I felt like I couldn't function whe on them so I stopped. They did nothing more than make me eat gain weight and sleep an cry.
I told him to begin with I didn't want to be on any antidepressants that I was absolutely NOT depressed. So he treated me with them anyways without telling me. I looked at my chart records and found several lies he had written stating I told him certain things that I NEVER did. He is not trust worthy by any means. Even the student Dr that was in the room with the Dr and I, shook his head at the Dr.s behavior and not wanting ro listen to me. He either didn't want to listen to me or he was not capable of listening to me due to the fact he doesn't speak very good English so he didn't understand my English either. He needs to take English classes and learn to speak the English language if he is going to be a Dr in the USA.. I had my daughter on the cell phone with me whe I was being seen by the Dr. So u ha e a witness as to everything that was said in the room.
She also said it was difficult to understand his speaking. I have much more I could say but foe now I'll be saving that to share with my new attorney. So take my advice and stay away from this Dr. And any others in that office as well because if he can behavior e poorly than I can only imagine how poorly the other doctors treat their patients . RUN RUN AS FAST AS U CAN TO A DIFFERENT DOCTORS OFFICE!!!

I've been bring both of my children here since my son was born. Back when it was DR. Ali and Berg this place was ok for pediatrics. But once they left I noticed any concerns with my children being dismissed like nothing. I've had multiple problems with the dental area between appointments made prior magically not being in the system anymore on the day of my appointment (even written on my card), ignoring concerns as babies/young toddler age and after they get older and the dentist realizes there are actual problems acts like I never said anything prior, yesterday was my last straw with them to the point my children will never go back and will be going to Winchester from now on. If I could give 0 stars I would!

This place was amazing when we first started going and as time has went on the receptionists get ignorant and mouthy on the phone, it takes weeks to get an update on scans, I waited almost six months for a referral but gave up and looked for a doctor myself, they never call the right parent listed on paperwork, and lord knows they do have some great people working there but they also have some of the worst.

Had an appointment and nurses were very sweet and helpful. So thank you for all your hard work❤️ I guess the Dr. Solomon Mutetwa was having a bad day or something though because he wasn’t very nice at all.

Trying to get a hold of these people is nearly impossible. I've called 4 times this morning and their message says they are busy and to try again later! Unbelievable.

The nurses the receptionist and the doctors are all very thorough and very helpful... I love having all these specialists in one building and not having to be sent around to specialists in different counties
