BEWARE! Careful, the scooters and chairs are junk. Robert/Ramone will give you a scooter for$699 medical/Medicare pays for it yet he bills for a power wheelchair costing$1500-$5000. THE SCOOTERS ARE NICE LOOKING BUT WITHIN THE MONTH THEY START TEARING UP. THE BATTERIES ARE OLD, THEY TURN OVER WHILE YOU'RE DRIVING, THEY KEEP ROLLING. HE DOES NOT LIKE TO SEND THE NICE REPAIR GUY TO FIX ANYTHING. USE WESTERN DRUGS OR COMFORT CARE THEY ARE MORE PROFESSIONAL AND MEDICAL EQUIPMENT MUCH BETTER.

Can anyone call back as quickly as you bill for supplies? My mother can not walk her chair again doesn’t work. If you could not walk to the bathroom you would want someone to return calls immediately.

Do not use this company!!! They continue to try and charge for items that they did not give out or provide. When speaking to there customer service, the manager or owner will hang up on you. He will use tactics to charge the hospital or to acquire an order for your doctor, by stating that the customer is request an prescription, when this is not true. Boarder line scam and lies. It was a mistake using them. Please see the yelp reviews for the many negative reviews left by serval customers.
