Gwen is an incredibly kind and wonderful lady but also a very knowledgeable and professional dietitian whom I’d highly recommend!
I began seeing Gwen in March for help with my high blood pressure and high cholesterol with the goal of getting off medication through diet, as well as guidance for significant gastric issues. I am thrilled to say I went off BP medication within the first 2 months, awaiting my next lipid panel hoping to see lower numbers there too and feel like a different person with her help to find foods I can tolerate. Bonus….a loss of 15 lbs which has been impossible to drop for years….to say I am thrilled is an understatement! I look forward to our monthly appointments as she always has positive feedback and ideas. She’s wonderful!

Gwen Johnson cares about my issues,. She listened and guide me to eat healthy. She opened my eyes about how to choose a healthy foods with hope will down my cholesterol. There are so many things I did not know, did not pay attention when it comes to pick a foods from shelf at grocery store. Thank you Gwen your guidance.

I went to Gwen hoping to find a healthier lifestyle. I was a little worried she would have me count calories and weigh myself, but she didn't at all. Gwen listened to my goals and more importantly the things I wanted to avoid and helped me learn to intuitively eat and manage a healthier diet despite a busy schedule. She gave me small attainable goals that we slowly built upon that makes it all feel so doable.
