Most unprofessional clinic I have even seen. The people at the front are so incompetent and when you call, all they want to do is rush you off the phone. I had a really horrible experience not only when I called but also when I showed up for my appointment. I set up two appointments. One for a medical issue I have been having, and the other for a physical. Just for me to show up for my medical appointment, and they tell me my appointment was for a physical and there was no record of an appointment for my medical issue. They then changed my appointment to address my medical issue. But to be honest, my time with the doctor was a complete waste of time. It was an Indian lady. All she wanted to do was rush through my session with her so she could see the next patient. Didn't feel like I was consulting with a trusted doctor. My entire session with her lasted maybe 7 - 10 mins and I was on my way out.

Save yourselves from a horrible experience and visit a doctor's office that's more competent, professional and actually takes their time to make sure your issues are addressed.

In the past I’ve had good experiences. I’m not sure why there isn’t an efficient way to make an appointment or why walk ins are on the sign but I’ve never had them honored. Doctors are very knowledgeable but having to leave voicemails for an appointment and not being given an appointment in person when walking in really take quality of service/convenience into perspective.

From the moment they stepped into the room, it was clear that they not only had incredible clinical skill but also a rare kind of empathy that brings true comfort during vulnerable moments.

Their attention to detail was impeccable, and they somehow made even the most difficult moments feel manageable with their calm and kindness.

It’s rare to meet someone so dedicated, not just to their job, but to the people they serve. Dr. G and Cathy truly made a difference, and I’m incredibly grateful to have been in their care. They’re a shining example of what the medical profession is all about.

The front desk failed to identify my new insurance was not accepted. It was not until I got to my specialist referral (another Gwinnett Clinic) where they informed me about it. This oversight not only cost me over 2 hours of PTO to get to the specialist that can't take me in, but also put me through having to deal with insurance bill for the first visit! Very disappointed!

I have been to this office 2x and my experience were very pleasant with MD and staff, however everything when left when my daughter had a 4pm appointment at 4:30 she is still waiting as the front desk guy is now verifying her insurance, then he said if you cannot wait then you can go to urgent care, now that just upset me when when this appointment was made in advance and it should of been verified before arrival, this front staff is not a good representative for your front desk as he is rude and very unprofessional, Dr. Ram I am sorry but I will not be following with your office again as management never came out and apologize or try to calm the situation, he just kept going on like he is on a battle field not being mindful that this is a doctors office and people are coming to be treated for there health, I must say the other ladies were understanding and mindful, not sure who gave him to power to speak to patients in this manner, this is not health care, very sad.

I was going back and forth on leaving a review because it felt like too much but I’m still thinking about how useless my visit here was and decided I need to speak about my experience here. I am extremely disappointed with the care I received by Dr. Gunadeva. I went in for a yearly check up and she decided it was more important to lecture me about my smoking than to even address the fact that I checked off I was having health problems. We didn’t speak about my health concerns ONCE. She didn’t even look at that page of my paperwork. She was more focused on shaming me the entire time I was back there (which was like 15 minutes by the way). She even went as far as to comment on my sex life? Her opinions, I will call them because nothing she was saying was medically helping me, were just unnecessary. I have been to this doctor’s office for my yearly exam three times now and I believe that every time I have gone I have expressed health concerns and NEVER got much, if any, help on them. I was holding out on this office because I was just getting comfortable and my insurance covers me well here but after that day, I will not be going back. I’ve read other reviews of people expressing how they were also not listened to by her and I can’t help but just feel so disappointed that it’s still that way. I will be finding another office where my concerns are heard.
